ADDENDUM AND EXHIBITS. The Exhibits and Riders or Addendums, if any, affixed to this Lease are a part hereof for all purposes. In the event of any conflict, variation or discrepancy in the terms of this Lease and the terms of any Riders or Exhibits attached hereto (or in the event any Exhibits or Riders listed below are missing from Tenant’s copy), the Exhibits or Riders contained in Landlord’s original copy of the Lease shall control.
ADDENDUM AND EXHIBITS. A. An addendum ("Addendum") consisting of two (2) pages, containing Sections numbered 3, 16.B, and 48, is attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein. Should there be any conflict between the foregoing terms and provisions of this Lease, and the terms and provisions set forth in the Addendum, the terms and provisions set forth in the Addendum shall control.
