Additional Briefing and Final Approval a. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, Class Counsel will file with the Court their motion for the Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and Class Representative Service Payment no later than the date Plaintiff files the Motion for Final Approval, and the application will be scheduled to be heard by the Court at the Final Approval Hearing.
Additional Briefing and Final Approval. 1. Not later than eighteen (18) court days before the Final Approval Hearing, Plaintiffs will file with the Court a motion for final approval of the Settlement, payment of , awards of the Class Representative Service Payments, the PAGA Payment, and the Class Counsel Fees and Expenses Payment pursuant to this Settlement.
Additional Briefing and Final Approval a. Plaintiff will file with the Court an unopposed Motion for Final Approval of the Settlement and payment of the Settlement Administrator Expenses. Plaintiff shall request the Court schedule the Final Approval Hearing no earlier than thirty (30) days after the deadline to object.

Class Counsel will file with the Court their application for the Attorneys’ Fees, Attorneys’ Expenses and Service Payments before filing, or concurrently with, Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval, and the application will be scheduled to be heard by the Court at the Final Approval Hearing.

Not later than thirty-five (35) days before the Final Approval Hearing, the Parties jointly will file with the Court a motion for final approval of the Settlement, the LWDA Payment, and payment of the Settlement Administrator’s reasonable fees and expenses (“Motion for Final Approval”). The parties will file or lodge with the Motion for Final Approval the proposed Judgment in substantially the same form evidenced by Exhibit G to this Agreement.

Plaintiff will file with the Court his application for the Class Counsel Fees 20 Payment, Litigation Expenses Payment, and Service Payment no later than the date on which Plaintiff 21 files the motion for final approval not later than sixteen (16) court days before the Final Approval 22 Hearing, and the application will be scheduled to be heard by the Court at the Final Approval Hearing.

Not later than 16 court days before the Final Approval Hearing, Plaintiff will file with the Superior Court a motion for final approval of the Settlement and a memorandum in support of the motion; and Plaintiff and Class Counsel will serve on AA Meat Products and file with the Superior Court a motion for approval of the Class Representative Payment, the Class Counsel Fees Payment, and the Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment pursuant to this Settlement, and memoranda in support of their motions. Defendant may also join in the motion or file such separate supplemental memoranda in support thereof it determines to do so, in its sole discretion.

Not later than 16 court days before the Final Approval Hearing, the Parties jointly will file with the Superior Court a motion for final approval of the Settlement, the LWDA Payment, and payment of the Settlement Administrator’s reasonable fees and expenses and a memorandum in support of their motion; and Plaintiffs and Class Counsel will serve on LoJack and file with the Superior Court a motion for awards of the Class Representative Payments, the Special Xxxxx Settlement Payment, the Class Counsel Fees Payment, and the Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment pursuant to this Settlement, and memoranda in support of their motions.

Not later than 42 days before the Final Approval Hearing and at least 14 days before the earliest deadline for Class Members to object or submit elections not to participate, the Parties jointly will file with the District Court a motion for final approval of the Settlement and payment of the Settlement Administrator’s reasonable fees and expenses; and Plaintiffs and Class Counsel will serve on Dollar Tree and file with the District Court a motion for awards of the Class Representative Payments and the Class Counsel Fees and Expenses Payment pursuant to this Settlement.

Not later than fifteen (15) days before the Final Approval Hearing, the Parties jointly will file with the Court a motion for final approval (including a determination that Defendants complied with CAFA with respect to the CAFA notice) of the Settlement, payment of the Settlement Administrator’s reasonable fees and expenses, and Plaintiff will file a motion for awards of the Class Representative Payment and the Class Counsel Fees and Expenses Payment pursuant to this Settlement.
