Additional Contract Conditions on Initial Appointment. The Xxxx in consultation with the search committee may recommend that individuals be hired with specific conditions placed on his/her contract, such as completion of the terminal degree by a specified date, attaining certain enrollment levels, achieving other benchmarks of his/her program's success, etc. Any condition shall be included on the Worksheet Summary for the candidate and on the initial contract of employment. Conditions of employment, other than completion of degrees, shall be used for contract nonrenewal in accordance with Article 9 or the conditions will be removed at the end of the fourth year of employment. If that candidate is recommended by the Xxxxxxx and the President and approved by the Board of Trustees, only those conditions recommended by the committee in consultation with the Xxxx shall become part of the conditional contract(s) issued to that faculty member.

  • C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period.
