ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE. Should IVDesk provide any equipment and/or software to Customer that is not located in the IVDesk System, they are provided "AS-IS". The manufacturer, developer or other direct supplier of such equipment or software shall make any and all warranty for the equipment and software and IVDesk shall pass through all such warranties as permitted by the manufacturer, developer or other direct supplier. No other warranty with regard to such equipment and software is made by IVDesk.
