Additional Parental Leave. 9.6.3.1 An Employee who has accessed parental leave is entitled to up to an additional five (5) consecutive weeks of unpaid leave, beginning immediately after the end of the leave taken if the Employee’s child has a physical, psychological or emotional condition requiring an additional period of parental care.

An Employee who has accessed maternity leave is not entitled to additional parental leave under this Article.
