III. QUALIFICATIONS 1. A minimum of three (3) years prior experience with governmental entities or large private employers as clients at local or corporate level. 2. Must have prior experience within last three (3) years with organizations with no less than 500 employees as clients at a local or corporate level. 3. Prior experience with self-funded medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, etc. 4. Understanding of, and direct experience with our demographic area health care delivery concerns (e.g. hospitals, consolidated specialty physicians, etc.). 5. Experience working with cafeteria-style benefit programs, including Sections 125 and 129 flexible spending plan arrangements. 6.
