Additional Severance Pay Sample Clauses

Additional Severance Pay. ‌ 1. Any bargaining unit member who has twenty-five (25) or more years of SERS service, with a minimum of ten (10) years of service with the Ashland City Schools, and who is eligible for retirement under the guidelines established by the School Employees Retirement System (SERS), and who retires within sixty (60) calendar days following his/her initial eligibility for retirement pursuant to SERS rules with at least twenty-five (25) years of service, shall receive an additional thirty (30) days of this retirement severance pay at his/her per diem rate. Eligible employees must notify the Superintendent or designee in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the end of the sixty (60) calendar-day window to be eligible for this retirement incentive.
Additional Severance Pay. Premier shall pay you a semi-monthly amount of $608.17 for a twelve (12) month period following your Separation Date and this Agreement’s Effective Date, whichever occurs later, less applicable withholdings as required by law, for use in paying COBRA premium expenses or as you otherwise deem appropriate, in your sole discretion (the “Additional Severance Pay”). The total pre-withholding amount payable under this provision is equal to $14,596 and is generally equivalent to the amount Premier would have otherwise paid for continued health insurance coverage for you and your dependents if you had remained an active employee during this payment period.
Additional Severance Pay a) This clause applies to employees aged over 45 years with 10 years or more continuous service. b) In addition to the severance pay in clause 5.6.6, an employee with not less than 10 years continuous service, who is over the age of 45 years, is entitled to an additional 4 weeks severance pay. c) The severance payment need not exceed the amount which the employee would have earned if employment with the CWT had proceeded to the employee‟s agreed date of retirement of the employee‟s eligibility date for social security benefits. d) The CWT may apply to the Commission for an order allowing the off-setting of all or part of an employee‟s entitlement to severance payment on the basis that such payment or part thereof is already provided for or included in the contributions which the employer has made over and above those required by law to a superannuation scheme and which are paid or payable to the employee on redundancy occurring.

Additional Severance Pay. On Dell’s first payroll date that occurs immediately after the one-year anniversary of the Separation Date, Dell will pay Executive the amount of $850,000 (less applicable withholding for taxes) as severance, assuming full compliance with Executive’s obligations under Section 4 of the Executive’s Noncompetition Agreement.

Additional Severance PayProvided that Executive signs and returns this Agreement to the Company without revoking it, and complies with the material terms of this Agreement, the Company will provide twelve (12) months of salary continuation payments (“Severance Pay”) at his current Base Salary (as defined the Employment Agreement). The salary continuation payments will commence as set forth in this Subsection 2(c) and continue for twelve (12) months following the initial payment. These payments will be made on the same dates as Company’s payroll is issued to its other employees. Executive acknowledges that he is not otherwise entitled to receive the Severance Pay from the Company, which payment of constitutes valid consideration in exchange for your release of all claims and the other obligations as set forth in this Agreement. In addition to the other considerations in this Agreement, this Severance Pay is being provided to the extent Company requires Executive to assist with transitioning of his position through December 31, 2017.
Additional Severance Pay. If the Company terminates the employment of Xx. Xxxxxx without Cause on or prior to the end of the agreed upon Transition Period, the Company will also pay to Xx. Xxxxxx, together with the first payment made pursuant to Section 2(a) above, an additional separation payment equal to the amount of base salary he would have received had he remained employed by the Company during the remainder of the agreed upon Transition Period, plus an amount equal to what the Company would have paid on his behalf for group health and dental coverage had he remained employed during the remainder of the agreed upon Transition Period, less all applicable taxes and withholdings.
Additional Severance Pay. As an additional benefit, the Company will pay you an additional five (5) weeks of your base salary in effect as of the Separation Date (the "Additional Severance Payment"). The Additional Severance Payment will be paid in the form of salary continuation, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings, and will begin immediately following the completion of the salary continuation payments described in Section 4(a) above and continue on the Company's regularly scheduled payroll dates.
