Additional Time Off. 3.1 If an employee requests more time off than what they are eligible for (section 2.6), then their request should be considered on an individual basis, using the same criteria outlined in section 2.4. 3.2 If an employee’s request is for more than 30 calendar days, the Supervisor will forward the request and background information with a recommendation to the Manager who will review the recommendation with the Director. 3.3 The accumulation of seniority shall be in accordance with the terms of the collective agreement.
