Additional Transportation. In the event Producer shall require Writer to render services during production of the Picture at an overnight location more than 50 miles away from Writer's principal residence for a period longer than 14 consecutive days, Producer xxxx xxxxxxx and pay for, or reimburse Writer for, the cost of 1 additional round-trip transportation, first-class if available, by air if appropriate, for Writer's non- business companion, on a one-time basis only, if requested and actually used, between such residence (or from wherever Writer's non-business companion may be then be, if closer) and the place where Writer is then rendering such services.
Additional Transportation. During their two year stay, Fellows are offered airport transportation to and from KSA for winter, spring, and summer breaks. Any other transportation requests covered by the program will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must go through Xxx Xxxxx first. Fellows may not request additional trips directly from the driver. Car Rental Within the first two months of arriving in Atlanta, the program will cover the cost of a rental car for 7 days. The Program will reimburse each Fellow for approved rentals at the standard ratenot to exceed $85/day including taxes. The Program only covers basic insurance. Each Fellow is responsible for covering any additional insurance purchased. The program will also cover the cost of a GPS for the duration of the rental. For reimbursement, the rental receipt must be provided to Xxx Xxxxx. If an extension is needed, each Fellow is responsible for covering his/her additional fees. Fellows who rent a car after their first two months will not be reimbursed. Fellows are responsible for making rental reservations. Emory Enterprise (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/car_rental/xxx.xx?gpbr=03em) is the closest and most popular rental car company used by Emory employees/students. Copying & Printing The program covers $30 of printing services per semester. Fellows can access OPUS to add credit to their Emory ID cards. This credit enables printing and copying at any student workstation on the Emory campus. For reimbursement, a printed screen shot from OPUS must be provided to Xxx Xxxxx. Fellows are responsible for printing costs in excess of $30 per semester. The KAFP staff cannot accommodate any student printing, copying, or computer use in the Global Health Department.

The NEMT broker must approve ambulance, multi-passenger van services, and transportation by common carriers.   • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings.   • Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy.
