MANAGEMENT OF WORK. 1. Each Prime Contractor shall employ (from one week after Notice of Award until punch-list and closeout are complete) at a minimum, a full-time Project Manager and a dedicated full-time on-site Superintendent. The Project Manager and Site Superintendent shall represent the Prime Contractor. All communications given to the Project Manager or Site Superintendent -either verbal or written- shall be binding. Important communications shall be so confirmed in writing.
MANAGEMENT OF WORK. 7.1 Hours of work and rostering Hours of work may be rostered and performed at any time on any day with the rates shown in clause 5.3, Rates of pay, applying for all hours worked except for work performed on a public holiday are in accordance with clause 8.6, Public holidays. Rosters for continuing team members will be set with a minimum of seven days notice. A team member and LHG may agree that rosters be set with less notice. Any team member may be offered and may accept work in addition to their rostered hours. Hours worked greater than 152 hours in a four week cycle are paid as overtime except as provided in clause 4.2 for full time team members. Team members may work a maximum of 12 ordinary hours per shift which must be worked within a continuous span of no more than 14 hours. Team members working more than one shift in a day as a part of their ordinary hours (a split shift) must be engaged with the following minimum engagements. A maximum of 10 consecutive days may be worked. The minimum break between the finish of one shift on one day to the commencement of another shift on the next day will be eight hours unless a lesser period is agreed between a team member and LHG.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Completion of Work Contractor is accountable for completing the Work within the Contract Time stated in the Contract, or as otherwise amended by Change Order.
