Adjacent Off-site Arrangement. Where Physical Collocation space within AT&T-13STATE Eligible Structure is Legitimately Exhausted, and the Collocator’s Adjacent On-site space is not within 50 ft. of the Eligible Structure’s outside perimeter wall, the Collocator has the option and AT&T-13STATE shall permit an Adjacent Structure Off-site Arrangement, to the extent technically feasible. The Adjacent Off-site Arrangement is available if the Collocator’s site is located on a property that is contiguous to or within one standard city block of AT&T-13STATE’s Central Office or Eligible Structure.

  • CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing 3.4.1 C.M. may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. C.M. may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply.

  • Flexible Work Arrangements (7.01) The Employer agrees to consider requests from full-time employees who wish to work part-time hours and share a full-time position with another employee. The Employer will have the sole discretion in deciding whether to agree to such requests.
