Adjustment of Salary Schedule. Each employee will be placed on his/her proper step of the salary schedule as of the effective date of this agreement and in accordance with paragraph C below (save and except no employee shall receive a cash raise larger than 1 ½ steps, except for those moving horizontally due to additional hours).
Adjustment of Salary Schedule. Each teacher shall be placed on his proper step of the salary schedule as of the beginning of the school year in accordance with paragraph B-2 below. Any teacher employed consecutively for six (6) months during a year shall be given full credit for one (1) year of service toward the next increment step for the following year.
