Adjustments to Personnel Supervision. For County related matters CSU Extension will work with the Deputy County Manager. Adjustments to Personnel Supervision. CSU personnel can supervise County employees according to Boulder County policies and procedures. o To ensure the County Extension Director and any other CSU-hired staff who supervise, or direct County-hired staff are trained on and follow the Boulder County Personnel and Policy Manual and Procedures Manual in their supervision of County-hired staff. o To ensure the County Extension Director and any other CSU-hired staff who supervise, or direct County-hired staff take Introduction to Boulder County Policies and Progressive Discipline, which are county-offered classes required of all county supervisors. As specific County-funded, County-hired positions are vacated they can be evaluated for consideration to re-hire as County-funded, CSU-hired Faculty positions based on job duties and similarities to other CSU Faculty Specialist positions.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in supporting desktop software and hardware products and problem solving/troubleshooting.

  • Subcontracting 6.1 The Grantee is responsible for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including in relation to any tasks undertaken by subcontractors.

  • BUDGET Consulting Engineer/Architect shall advise City if, in its opinion, the amount budgeted for construction is not sufficient to adequately design and construct the improvement as requested.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses.   • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • Audit Notwithstanding any other audit requirement, H-GAC reserves the right to conduct or cause to be conducted an independent audit of any transaction under this Agreement, such audit may be performed by the H-GAC local government audit staff, a certified public accountant firm, or other auditors designated by H-GAC and will be conducted in accordance with applicable professional standards and practices. The Contractor understands and agrees that the Contractor shall be liable to the H-GAC for any findings that result in monetary obligations to H-GAC.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY 16.01 The Employer, Union and the employees shall comply with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act where and when applicable. The Employer shall provide working conditions at all times which are not prejudicial to the health or efficiency of the workers. Employees are required to report to their Employer any unsafe work conditions, or violation of any safe work policies or procedures established by the Employer, or any violation of relevant safe work legislation.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).
