Status Xxxxxx School Substantial Compliance (as of June 30, 2007) Cheltenham Youth Facility Substantial Compliance (as of June 30, 2007) Discussion As indicated in previous reports Mental Health staff has established and continues to maintain positive working relationships with local hospitals. Information sharing and consultation between Glass staff and hospital personnel has been maintained. No youth were denied admission to either Xxxxxx or Cheltenham due to psychiatric conditions during this reporting period.   • Negotiations Committee At all negotiations meetings with the Employer representatives for a renewal of this Agreement, the Union may be represented by a negotiations committee composed of five (5) bargaining unit members. No deduction from the regular pay of such Employees will be made for attendance at such meetings with the Employer’s representatives held during the Employee's regular working hours. The Union has the right to have up to an additional five (5) members, including Union Officers, on the Negotiating Committee at no cost to the Employer.

  • Mutual Negotiations This Agreement and the other Transaction Documents are the product of mutual negotiations by the parties thereto and their counsel, and no party shall be deemed the draftsperson of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document or any provision hereof or thereof or to have provided the same.   • Consultations and Amendments 1. In case any difficulties in the implementation of this Agreement arise, either Party may request consultations to develop appropriate measures to ensure the fulfillment of this Agreement. 2.   • Audit of Existing Content and Functionality By September 1, 2017, the Recipient will propose for OCR’s review and approval the identity and bona fides of an Auditor (corporation or individual) to audit all content and functionality on its website, including, but not limited to, the home page, all subordinate pages, and intranet pages and sites, to identify any online content or functionality that is inaccessible to persons with disabilities, including online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third party vendor or an open source. The Auditor will have sufficient knowledge and experience in website accessibility for people with disabilities to carry out all related tasks, including developing a Proposed Corrective Action Plan. The Audit will use the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set out above, unless the Recipient receives prior permission from OCR to use a different standard as a benchmark. During the Audit, the Recipient will also seek input from members of the public with disabilities, including parents, students, employees, and others associated with the Recipient, and other persons knowledgeable about website accessibility, regarding the accessibility of its online content and functionality.

  • Mutual Discussions The Employer and the Union acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from dialogue between the parties and are prepared to discuss matters of common interest.

We will give you information about our complaints procedure. 8.3 On request, we will provide you with information relating to: • the terms of your tenancy; • our policy and procedures on setting rent charges; • our policy and rules about: - admission to the housing lists; - allocations; - transfers of tenants between houses; - exchanges of houses between our tenants, and tenants of other landlords; - repairs and maintenance; • our tenant participation strategy; • our arrangements for taking decisions about housing management and services. 8.4 We will consult you about making or changing: • policies regarding housing management, repairs and maintenance if the proposal is likely to significantly affect you; • proposals for changes in rent and service charges where they affect all or a class of tenants (and you are to be affected); • proposals for the sale or transfer of your house to another landlord; • decisions about the information to be provided relating to our standards of housing management and performance; • performance standards or targets in relation to housing management repairs and maintenance; • our tenant participation strategy. We will take into account any views that you have before making a final decision. Any consultation with you will include giving you comprehensive information in an accessible form and reasonable time to express views.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee In recognition of the mutual benefits of open communications and on-going consultation between the faculty and the employer, the Labour/Management Relations Committee will meet on a regular basis and have equal representation for the Union and the Employer. The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.

  • Scope of Negotiations The obligation to bargain collectively means to negotiate at reasonable times and to execute a written contract incorporating the terms of any agreement reached.
