Adoption of Child. If a Child is being evaluated or prepared for adoption, the Contractor will transfer all contents of the licensing file including the Adoption/Xxxxxx Family Preparation Summary (commonly known as the home study), personal references for the resource family, and the environmental checklist within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of the request. The Contractor shall only be required to release the licensing file directly to DCS. DCS acknowledges that the information contained in any such home study is only as current as the date of its preparation and not as of the date provided.
Adoption of Child. A member adopting a child shall be granted leave of absence without pay to commence upon receiving de facto custody of said child, or earlier, if necessary to fulfill the requirements for the adoption.
Adoption of Child. Supervising Probation Officers shall be entitled to use up to eighty (80) hours of their accrued sick leave to make arrangements for the adoption of, and to care for the adopted child.

Adoption of Child. Any employee who adopts a child 5 years of age or less shall be granted an additional (10) days of personal leave.
