Adoption/Xxxxxx Parent Leave. 34.4.1 May be granted to either or both parents for a period of five (5) days with pay. Such leave may be used for court and legal procedures, home study and evaluation, and required home visitation by the placing agency.

Adoption/Xxxxxx Parent Leave. 4.16.1 Ninety (90) days non-paid leave shall be granted an employee who adopts a pre-school child and requests such leave. The leave request shall be directed to the Superintendent or his designee. These ninety days would apply to one parent or shared between parents only if both parents are District employees.

  • Maternity/Parental/Adoption Leave (a) Maternity/Parental/Adoption leave shall be granted as a right as per the Employment Standards Act.
