ADVANCED TRAINING DIFFERENTIAL. Employees who complete Advanced Training to meet apprenticeship standards beyond the training required to receive a valid “Home Care Aide” certification (as set forth in Training Partnership curriculum) shall receive a twenty-five cent ($0.25) pay differential.
