Construction General Workers' Medical Benefit Plan of Kingsway, Suite Vancouver Pipeline Service Fund: Xxxxxx Xxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx XX Xxxxxxxx Pipeline Development Fund and Pipeline Industry Promotion Fund: North Service Road ON APPENDIX LABORERS MAINLINE PIPELINE AGREEMENT FOR CANADA ALBERTA AND NORTHWEST TERRITORIES The classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto shall be as follows: Alberta Northwest Territories Attendant Twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour above regular rate. Job Xxxxxxx Fifty cents ($0.50) per hour above regular rate. When an employee covered by this Agreement is employed on hot work he shall receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour above his regular rate. EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS: Rates at which the Employer shall contribute for each hour of work earned on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Agreement for the following purposes shall be: Alberta Northwest Health Welfare Plan Pension Plan Training Plan Advancement Fund Pipeline Fund * Fund PIPELINE SERVICE FUND The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour of work earned and remit it monthly to the Pipeline Service Fund.
