Advancement Fund. The Teamsters Local Union No. Advancement Fund (the “Fund”) shall be for the enhancement of all persons dependent upon any industry represented by the Teamsters. The Company shall make a contribution of five cents per hour for which wages are payable hereunder, for each employee and independent contractor covered by this Collective Agreement. Payment of such funds shall be made to Teamsters Local Union No. Advancement Fund on or before the day of the month following that to which they refer. The payment to the Fund shall be independent and separate from any other payment made to the Local
Advancement Fund. The Company shall make contributions to the Teamsters Local 213 Advancement Fund at the rate of two cents (2¢) per ton hour for which wages are payable hereunder for each Owner Operator/Dependent Contractor covered by this Agreement.
Advancement Fund. The Board shall contribute five cents ($.05) per regular hour worked for all regular and casual employees to Teamsters Local Union No. 31 Union/Industry Advancement Fund. Payment of said funds shall be made to the Teamsters Local Union No. 31 Union. Management Advancement Fund on a quarterly basis. The payment will be separate from any other payment made to Teamsters Local Union No. 31. Such payment will be contingent on the Union providing to the Board of Education a report detailing how the funding was used in the previous year. The Teamsters Local No. Advancement Fund shall be for the enhancement of all persons dependent upon any industry represented by Teamsters Local Union No. The Employer shall make contributions of five cents per hour for which wages are payable hereunder for each employee and dependent contractor covered by this Collective Agreement. Payment of said funds shall be made to the Teamsters Local No. Advancement Fund by the 15th of the month following that to which they refer. This payment will be independent and separate from any other payment made to Teamsters Local Union No. By mutual agreement in writing the Company and its employee, arrangements may be made for the duration of the Contract, to bank accumulated overtime. The employee may then request his overtime in time off. However, he must inform the Company as to his request which will remain in effect for the term of this Contract. Upon request by the employee, such time off will be taken at the Company's discretion consistent with the efficient operation of the business. The minimum unit of banked overtime to be utilized is equivalent to eight (8) regular hours. Where an employee desires to bank his overtime he shall request in writing indicating this, which will be binding for the duration of the Collective Agreement. Overtime which is banked shall be credited in terms of hours, and when taken as time off, shall be paid out at the same hourly rate as banked. When an employee leaves the Company, all banked hours shall be paid out in total. The Company will keep record of all banked overtime which will be available for perusal by the employee. Example of Banked Hours: hour at times Hour Banked houratdoubletime Hours Banked Line-Haul: For each hour over hours hour banked, however, mileage will be paid (not banked). Record of banked overtime to be shown on employee's pay advice. This Letter of Understanding shall take effect on the first day of the month following the signing of the Collective Agreement. SIGNED THIS DAY OF The Union and the Company agree to permit employees engaged in warehouse operations to voluntarily limit their overtime to a maximum of eight (8) hours per week. Should this provision prove to be unmanageable the Union and the Company agree to review this letter.
Advancement Fund. The Board shall contribute four cents ($0.04) per hour per member calculated in arrears on a month-to-month basis and payable to the Union on or before the fifteenth (15th) of the month following that in which the salaries were earned. In order to facilitate accounting procedures the parties agree the amount to be equivalent to 0.34% of gross payroll each month and to be payable to the Union together with the dues check-off but set out as a separate item in the monthly statement. The payments are with effect from 1985 January 01.

If applicable, at the expiration of this Agreement, Logistics reserves the right to negotiate a separate bargaining agreement for these drivers. The Employer shall deduct fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour for each hour earned by each employee covered by this Collective Agreement to the Operating Engineers Local Advancement Fund. The amount deducted shall be remitted together with other monetary contributions and deductions in the manner set out in the Collective Agreement. The Operating Engineers Local Advancement Fund shall be administered by the Union and shall be used to further its mandate and strategic objectives.

SIGNED THIS DAY OF It is agreed that both and Xxxxxxx will continue to accrue and retain seniority for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days following ratification of this Agreement. In the event that either employee elects to return to line flying within the time frame in point above, they will be permitted to hold a position by the right of their seniority. WESTERN CANADA COUNCIL OF TEAMSTERS (the Union) It is agreed that both patties recognize the value of meetings. The purpose of these meetings will be to discuss terms and conditions of work, crew scheduling matters, or to introduce other matters as mutually agreed upon by the patties. Meetings will be scheduled no less often than quarterly and attended by representatives of the Company and the Union. The respective chairmen shall be constants with the committee comprised of a maximum six three (3) members from the Company and three (3) members appointed by the Union. The agenda will be prepared and circulated to the members of the committee five (5) days prior to the meeting. Meeting locations to change on a regional basis.
