After Hours Consultation. Employees who take a phone call outside of their regular work schedule and are not assigned to be on standby shall be paid at their regular rate of pay in fifteen (15)-minute increments. If a person giving advice by phone talks for less than fifteen (15) minutes, he or she shall be paid for fifteen (15) minutes.
