AGENCY ASSISTANCE. The Board recognizes the right of each employee to appropriately invoke the assistance of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission or a mediator from such public agency, or an arbitrator appointed pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

AGENCY ASSISTANCE. No assistance, other than provided for by this Contract, will be required, but may be provided at the discretion of Planning Board or State.
AGENCY ASSISTANCE. The parties agree that the Agency will assist in the development and implementation of the products and services outlined above, and such assistance shall include but not be limited to the following: message development, including the overall theme or tagline for the Campaign; production of Campaign elements, including but not limited to video production and graphic design; media purchase and placement. The parties agree the City shall not be billed for those portions of any Campaign element(s) produced or placed by the Agency or the City.
AGENCY ASSISTANCE. At Contractor’s request, the Agency agrees to furnish such advice, information, and full cooperation as Contractor may reasonably require concerning his/her performance of the professional services specified hereunder.
AGENCY ASSISTANCE. Subject to Developer’s compliance with (i) the applicable City and Agency development standards for the Site, and (ii) all applicable laws and regulations governing such matters as public hearings, site plan review and environmental review, Agency agrees to provide reasonable assistance to Developer in the expeditious processing of Developer’s submittals required under this Section in order that Developer can obtain a final City action on such matters within the times set forth in the Schedule of Performance. City or Agency’s failure to provide necessary approvals or Entitlements and Permits within such time periods, after and despite Developer’s reasonable efforts to submit the documents and information necessary to obtain the same, shall constitute an Enforced Delay under Section 1003.
AGENCY ASSISTANCE. It is the intent of the Parties that Agency provide financial assistance through Anaheim’s Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance Programs, to the extent funding exists through Agency's receipt of the Base Purchase Price, and to the extent that such assistance is necessary to ensure that prospective Initial Buyers who otherwise qualify to purchase an Affordable Housing Unit on the Site can do so at an Affordable Housing Cost. Therefore, Agency agrees to make available to Low and Moderate Income Households, as needed, financial assistance towards the purchase of an Affordable Housing Unit on the Site of not less than the lesser of (a) the Minimum Agency Assistance or (b) the cumulative amount of the Base Purchase Price received by Agency. Further, based upon the sales prices of the Housing Units, the Agency may provide Housing Set-Aside funds to assist up to eighteen (18) additional Low and Moderate Income Households (for a cumulative total of seventy-five (75) Housing Units subject to financial assistance).
