Montana Women’s Prison does not allow cellular or digital phones within the facility. All equipment requested to be brought into a secure facility must be prior approved through the facility Secure Operations.
AGENCY ASSISTANCE. In connection with CSI's proposed redevelopment of the Industrial Park Area, the Agency agrees to reimburse CSI for the Predevelopment Activities including architectural design services; County of San Bernardino Land Use Services Department planning services; environmental impact report consultant services; studies; legal services; and grading, utility, and landscape plans as set forth in more detail and incorporated as Exhibit B in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) (“Predevelopment Costs”) as long as CSI complies with the conditions stated in this Agreement. The cost estimates included in Exhibit B are approximate amounts and may vary. The total amount of reimbursement shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000). For the purposes of the redevelopment of the Industrial Park Area, Predevelopment Activities shall be considered a separate project from the implementation of the first or second phase and Predevelopment Costs shall not include any costs or expenses related to construction or the actual implementation of any development or improvement of the Property.

AGENCY ASSISTANCE. 2.1. The Agency will provide to the Honorary Fellow, office accommodation at the Centre and; a. if requested, and subject to any conditions imposed by the Agency, out of hours access to relevant areas of the Centre; and b. if requested, reasonable reference assistance to enable the Honorary Fellow to identify and locate material held by the Centre or Museum.

AGENCY ASSISTANCE. Agency shall provide financial assistance through Anaheim’s Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance Program, to the extent that funding exist through the Agency’s receipt of the Base Purchase Price and to the extent that such assistance is necessary to ensure the prospective Initial Buyers who otherwise qualify to purchase an Affordable Housing Unit can do so at an Affordable Housing Cost, in the amount of the Minimums Agency Assistance subject to the following conditions precedent: (i) the Initial Buyer of the Affordable Housing Unit shall satisfy the credit and underwriting requirements of Anaheim’s Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance Program; and (ii) the Agency’s obligation to provide Minimum Agency Assistance shall be strictly limited to an aggregate amount that does not exceed the aggregate of Base Purchase Price funds actually received by the Agency at the time such assistance is to be provided. Accordingly, the aggregate actual payment of the Base Purchase Price to the Agency shall set the ceiling for available Agency assistance at all times, which assistance shall not in any event exceed the Minimum Agency Assistance unless a greater threshold is authorized at the sole discretion of the Agency.
