Prospective Buyer is advised by Broker to seek independent advice concerning the said information and representations.
AGENCY REPRESENTATION. Upon request, Agency will make available to Viber written confirmation of the relationship between Agency and Advertiser. This confirmation should include, for example, Advertiser’s acknowledgement that Agency is its agent and is authorized to act on its behalf in connection with the IO and these Terms.
