Agreement to Purchase Electricity. These Terms of Service, together with the Third-Party Verification (“TPV”), Customer Enrollment Form, or Electronic Application, and your Contract Summary, constitute the agreement between Starion and the customer (“you” or “Customer”) by which Xxxxxxx agrees to sell and supply electricity to Customer, and Customer agrees to purchase and receive electricity from Starion, pursuant to the terms set forth herein (the “Agreement”). Customer warrants that he/she is the account holder and/or fully authorized to enter into this Agreement for the electricity accounts specified and confirmed in the Contract Summary.
Agreement to Purchase Electricity. Agreement to Purchase Electricity. This is an agreement (“Agreement’) between Starion Energy PA (“Starion”) and the customer (“Customer”, you or your) for Customer to initiate electricity service and begin enrollment with Starion. If you presently purchase your electric generation service from another competitive electricity supplier, you are responsible for canceling that service pursuant to the terms of your agreement with your existing electric supplier.
Agreement to Purchase Electricity. This Agreement is contingent upon Customer providing complete and accurate information to Starion. Your Utility will continue to deliver electricity to your home or business, read your meter and respond to service requests. The amount of electricity delivered under this Agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by Starion or the Utility’s delivery schedule.
Agreement to Purchase Electricity. SmartEnergy Holdings, LLC (“SmartEnergy”), xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, is an Electric Supplier (ES) licensed by the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) to offer and supply electric generation services to residential and small commercial customers in the District of Columbia. Subject to acceptance by SmartEnergy and the company that provides electric distribution service (“Local Distribution Company or LDC”), you agree to purchase, and SmartEnergy agrees to supply, all of your electricity, as delivered to you by your LDC under the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Terms and Conditions”). SmartEnergy will be supplying the generation portion of your electricity, and your LDC will continue to provide the distribution services. As used herein, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SmartEnergy, and the words “you” and “your” refer to the Customer.

Subject to acceptance by SmartEnergy, you agree to purchase, and SmartEnergy agrees to supply, all of your electricity, as delivered to you by your Transmission and Distribution Utility (“TDU”) under the terms and conditions set forth in this document (“Terms of Service” or “TOS”). SmartEnergy will supply the generation portion of your electricity, and your TDU will provide the distribution services. SmartEnergy Holdings, LLC (“SmartEnergy”) is an electric generation supplier that is licensed by the Maryland Public Service Commission (“MPSC”) under license # IR-3783 to supply electricity to residential and business customers in the State of Maryland. Subject to acceptance by SmartEnergy and your electric utility (“Utility”), you agree to purchase, and SmartEnergy agrees to supply, all of your electricity, as delivered to you by the Utility under the terms and conditions set forth in this document (“Terms and Conditions”). SmartEnergy will be supplying the generation portion of your electricity, and your Utility will continue to provide the distribution services. As used herein, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SmartEnergy, and the words “you” and “your” refer to the Customer.

(“Starion” or “we”) and you (“Customer” or “you”) to initiate your electricity service and begin your enrollment with Starion (the “Agreement”). Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in: (1) the Agreement; (2) the Third Party Verification (“TPV”), if applicable,; and (3) your Starion Welcome Letter, Xxxxxxx agrees to sell and deliver, and you agree to purchase and accept the quantity of electricity, as estimated by Xxxxxxx, necessary to meet your requirements based upon consumption data obtained by Starion or the delivery schedule of the Electric Distribution Company (the “EDC”). If you presently purchase your electric generation service from another competitive electricity supplier, you are responsible for canceling that service pursuant to the terms of your agreement with your existing electric supplier.

SmartEnergy Holdings, LLC (“SmartEnergy”) is a Competitive Supplier licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) that provides electricity service for residential and small commercial customers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. SmartEnergy’s electric service license number is CS-120. Subject to acceptance by SmartEnergy and your Electric Distribution Company (“EDC”), you agree to purchase, and SmartEnergy agrees to supply, all of your electricity, as delivered to you by your EDC under the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Contract”). SmartEnergy will be supplying the generation portion of your electricity, and your local EDC will continue to provide the distribution services. The EDC remains responsible for the delivery of power and energy to you and will continue to respond to any service calls and emergencies. SmartEnergy’s BPU TPS license number is ESL-0154. Subject to acceptance by SmartEnergy and your Local Distribution Company (“LDC”), you agree to purchase, and SmartEnergy agrees to supply, all of your electricity, as delivered to you by your LDC under the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Contract”). SmartEnergy will be supplying the generation portion of your electricity, and your LDC will continue to provide the distribution services. As used herein, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SmartEnergy, and the words “you” and “your” refer to the Customer.
