Aid to Other Organizations. The Employer will not, during the life of this Agreement, meet and confer or meet and negotiate with any individual employee or group of employees or with any other employee organization with respect to the terms and conditions of employment of the employees covered by this Agreement, except through the Association or its authorized Association Stewards. The Employer will not assist or otherwise encourage any other employee organization which seeks to bargain for employees covered by this Agreement; including providing payroll deductions to other employee organizations.
