Aircraft Apron Fees. ‌ For Aircraft Aprons associated with holdroom(s) classified as Preferential Space, the Airline shall pay to the Port as follows, adjusted pursuant to Section 18.4.2: (a) for each wide-body Aircraft Apron, TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($28,620.00) per year. (b) for each narrow-body Aircraft Apron, NINETEEN THOUSAND EIGHTY DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($19,080.00) per year. (c) for ground-load Aircraft Aprons capable of simultaneous use by more than one (1) aircraft, SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($7,632.00), multiplied by the number of parking positions, per year. (d) for Aircraft Aprons capable of simultaneous use by more than one (1) aircraft and which are associated with a Non-Preferential Ground Load Holdroom, SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($7,632.00), multiplied by the number of parking positions, per year. The Airline's portion for said Aircraft Apron(s) shall be prorated, based upon the Airline's percentage of the total Enplaned Passengers among all the Air Carriers using said Aircraft Apron(s). For the purpose of the calculations of this Section, the provisions of Section 18.23 shall apply. (e) for any other Aircraft Apron, the Airline shall pay an amount agreed upon by the Port and the Airline.

Aircraft Apron Fees. As of the Effective Date, to the extent that AIRLINE and its Affiliate(s) share the use of Aircraft Apron(s), then AIRLINE’s and its Affiliate(s)’ fees for their Preferential Use Premises on the Ramp Area shall be determined as the product obtained by multiplying the square footage of AIRLINE’s Aircraft Apron(s), as set forth in Exhibit “C,” times the Aircraft Apron rate for the period calculated in accordance with Exhibit “G.” If an Affiliate of AIRLINE uses Aircraft Apron(s) separately from AIRLINE, such Affiliate shall be required to pay Aircraft Apron fees to AUTHORITY pursuant to a separate agreement between Affiliate and AUTHORITY or as otherwise approved in writing by AUTHORITY.

  • Support Fees Medical Practice shall be eligible to receive either Basic Support or Premium Support (the “Support Options”) based on the Support Option listed on Schedule “A” to the License Agreement. Medical Practice shall pay Modernizing Medicine the monthly fee specified on Schedule “A” of the License Agreement for either Basic Support (the “Basic Support Fee”) or Premium Support (the “Premium Support Fee” and together with the Basic Support Fee, the “Support Fees”) based on the Support Option that Medical Practice has selected. Medical Practice may elect to change the Support Option it has selected by providing at least ten (10) days prior written notice to Modernizing Medicine of such change, which change shall become effective at the commencement of the next applicable Renewal Term, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Modernizing Medicine.

  • Loan Fees Borrower shall not pay Lender any loan, commitment or other, similar, fees in connection with the Loans.

  • Rental Fees The Employer agrees to enter into a tool rental agreement with mechanics wherein the Employer shall pay a fee for the employee’s use of such tools in the service of the Employer. The agreement shall be of legal form and shall contain as minimum provisions the following: a. Rental fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per year. b. Ownership and use shall remain vested in the employee. c. The employee shall furnish tools of less than one (1) inch. d. A pro rate termination fee schedule.

  • Tuition Fees The Employer agrees to pay tuition fees for continuing education courses as follows: a) Employer initiated – 100% of course fees upon successful completion of course. b) Employee initiated – 50% of course fees upon successful completion. Courses must be employment-related and approved, in writing, by the Employer in advance.

  • Origination Fees As compensation for the investigation, selection, sourcing and acquisition or origination of Loans, the Company shall pay an Origination Fee to the Advisor for each such acquisition or origination. With respect to the acquisition or origination of a Loan to be wholly owned by the Company, the Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall equal 1% of the amount funded by the Company to acquire or originate the Loan, including any Acquisition Expenses related to such investment and any debt used to fund the acquisition or origination of the Loan. With respect to the acquisition of a Loan through any Joint Venture or any partnership in which the Company is, directly or indirectly, a co-venturer or partner, the Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall equal 1% of the portion of the amount actually paid or allocated to acquire or originate the Loan, inclusive of the Acquisition Expenses associated with such Loan, plus the amount of any outstanding debt associated with such Loan that is attributable to the Company’s investment in the Joint Venture or partnership. The Company will not pay an Origination Fee to the Advisor with respect to any transaction pursuant to which the Company is required to pay the Advisor an Acquisition Fee. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the payment of Origination Fees by the Company shall be subject to the limitations on Acquisition Fees contained in (and defined in) the Company’s Articles of Incorporation. The Advisor shall submit an invoice to the Company following the closing or closings of each Loan, accompanied by a computation of the Origination Fee. The Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall be paid at the closing of the transaction upon receipt of the invoice by the Company.

  • Transaction Fees The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services, has instituted MyFloridaMarketPlace, a statewide eProcurement system pursuant to section 287.057(22), F.S. All payments issued by Customers to registered Vendors for purchases of commodities or contractual services will be assessed Transaction Fees as prescribed by rule 60A-1.031, F.A.C., or as may otherwise be established by law. Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.

  • Collection Fees If collection fees are assessed or attorney’s fees are expended by the University in the process of obtaining unpaid housing charges, the student will be responsible for the payment of those fees in addition to the unpaid housing charges.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments.   • Service Fees and Additional Charges Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service was used during the billing cycle. There may be a charge for additional transactions and other optional services. You agree to pay such charges and authorize the Service to deduct the calculated amount from your designated Billing Account for these amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you. Any financial fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply. You are responsible for any and all telephone access fees and/or Internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or Internet service provider.

  • Rental Fee Is for one day only from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Groups or Individuals requiring more than one day for their event will be charged a rental fee for each day required – no exceptions.
