ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. − The legal drinking age in the UK is 18. It is illegal for a person under age 18 to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages, including beer and wine. − The possession or consumption of alcohol is prohibited at all times on school premises. Students who are found in possession of alcohol or who have consumed alcohol will face disciplinary sanctions up to and including expulsion. − Students are prohibited from consuming illegal drugs, including xxxx- xxxxx, and so called “legal highs” on school premises or while in the care of EF Academy. The possession of drug paraphernalia is also prohibited. Students are forbidden from consuming any prescription medication for which they do not have a prescription. Under no circumstances, should students ever share prescription medications. Students found in posses- sion of illegal drugs will be expelled. − Buying, distributing or selling to others illegal drugs and/or prescription medication is expressly forbidden. These actions will result in expulsion due to the extremely harmful impact it has on our school community. − The school reserves the right for the Head of School to request any student take a drug test, which will be conducted by an independent laboratory. Parents will always be notified of the request and the test date. The out- come of this test may result in expulsion from the school. Refusal to take a test may also result in expulsion from the school. Prohibited Items Students are forbidden to purchase or be in possession of: − Firearms, Weapons of any kind (real or fake), or Explosives − Blades − Fireworks − Firecrackers − Laser pointers − Propane torches − Candles Students in possession of such items will face disciplinary sanctions up to and including expulsion.

If I use, consume or am under the influence of alcohol or illicit and/or street drugs prior to or while engaging in the Boating Activities or while on the Facilities, as defined below, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT BY THE RELEASEES OR OTHER THIRD PERSONS AND/OR THIRD PARTIES, I ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM AND WILL INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSONAL INJURY TO ANY THIRD PARTY, RESULTING FROM MY PRESENCE ON THE FACILITIES AND/OR ENGAGEMENT IN THE BOATING ACTIVITIES, WHILE, DURING OR AFTER CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL OR ILLICIT AND/OR STREET DRUGS. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BOATING ACTIVITIES AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. No participant in the presentation will be permitted to consume any alcoholic beverage, marijuana orother substances in their video units. Use of illegal or controlled substances will not be permitted by any participant during the presentation and video units will not be featured in the broadcast.
ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. Purchasing or consuming illegal substances or alcoholic beverages while in a company uniform shall not be allowed. It shall be CONTRACTOR’S responsibility to terminate any employee observed doing so. The policies for addressing such incidents should be included in CONTRACTOR’S Drug and Alcohol Policies. CONTRACTOR’S Drug and Alcohol Policies must also comply with FTA Drug and Alcohol Regulations.
ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. No participant in the parade will be permitted to consume any alcoholic beverage, marijuana or other substances at the assembly site, on the route, or at the exit site of the parade. Use of illegal or controlled substances will not be permitted by any participant before or during the parade. For public safety reasons, the Center will not permit any entry or participant who violates this rule to appear in the parade. Similarly, those choosing to violate this rule will be subject to the criminal repercussions of their actions, up to and including citation and detention by Denver Police. No alcohol is allowed on any motorized vehicle in the parade. All vehicle drivers must be sober while participating in the parade. Changing the placement of this sentence. ITEM DISTRIBUTION DURING THE PARADE No participant may throw any item from any float or other unit in the parade. THIS INCLUDES BEACH BALLS, WATER PROPELLED FROM SQUIRT GUNS OR OTHER DEVICES. In the event that an entry wishes to make any distribution of an item such as beads, flowers, condoms, or similar items, participants must pay the distribution fee and list such items on their Parade application in advance. Any such distribution must be made in person by persons walking along the parade as part of an officially registered entry. No sexually explicit material may be distributed by any participant in the parade. In order to maintain manageable clean-up costs, it is requested that distributions be kept to an absolute minimum. If you will be distributing items during the parade (including candy), a $100.00 clean-up fee will be assessed. If we find your materials after the parade and you have not paid the fee, you will be assessed a $250.00 clean- up fee and potentially barred from participation in future parades. No confetti, streamers, or other similar types of materials, including glitter, may be thrown or distributed by any parade entry. Please note that you MAY NOT hand out or distribute stickers of any kind along the route. COORS LIGHT DENVER PRIDE PARADE PARTICIPATION/SPIRIT All entries are encouraged to utilize music and participant enthusiasm as part of the parade. One of the objects of the parade is to get spectators involved in the spirit of the activities. Cheer, clap, chant or do any legal act that will promote enthusiastic response from the spectators.
ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. No alcohol is to be brought onto the Company premises or consumed thereat without the approval of the General Manager. No illegal substance of any kind is to be brought onto the premises. Breach of this clause may result in instant dismissal.
