Alcohol Sales. We require all Exhibitors selling alcohol to sign our Alcohol Traders’ Agreement. We will not provide our written Authorisation to Sell Alcohol under any premises license or temporary event notice unless the agreement is signed. We require all alcohol sellers to display Challenge 25 posters and maintain a refusal log through the duration of the Christmas Market. These will be checked by Duty Managers on a regular basis. In addition, Chalets selling alcohol must be overseen by a personal license holder. All Chalets selling alcohol are subject to a surcharge as described in the General Information document.
Alcohol Sales a. Exhibitor and/or Food Vendor are prohibited from serving, selling, sampling or distributing, any beer, and wine, liquor, and/or tobacco products during the event. Vendors shall not bring or permit any of its agents and/or employees to bring any alcoholic beverages on to the event grounds unless otherwise authorized by SMACC.
b. SMACC reserves the right to subcontract with vendors for the sales, service or distribution of alcohol who will be responsible to meet all laws established by the City of St. Xxxxxxxx, Louisville, Jefferson County and the State of Kentucky for the sale of alcohol for this event.
Alcohol Sales. Subject to the limitations set forth in this section; applicable law; and the City of Colonial Heights Policy for Alcoholic Beverages on City Owned Property, CBE shall be permitted to sell beer and wine during CBE games and CBE events. However, beer and wine shall not be sold at any CBE youth event, which is defined as an event dedicated specifically to youth age 17 and under. If an event not sponsored by CBE occurs earlier on the same day as a CBE sponsored event, CBE shall only sell beer and wine, post signage for beer and wine sale, and have beer or wine at the Stadium only after the non-CBE sponsored event has ended. Beer and wine shall be sold inside the Stadium at a separate kiosk from the concession stand. The beer and wine kiosk shall be operated by an adult of 21 years of age or older. Beer and wine shall be served in cups or cans, and bottles are prohibited. Each adult must present a valid ID to purchase beer or wine as required by Virginia law. All beer and wine sales shall cease at the end of the 7th inning for each game. All beer and wine shall be removed from the Stadium at the end of a CBE event, or shall be properly locked and secured in a CBE-provided on-site facility. All signage regarding beer and wine sales shall be temporary in nature and removed at the end of each CBE event where beer and wine is sold. The City may revoke the authorization for CBE to sell beer and wine at the Stadium if there are reoccurring adverse incidents related to alcohol consumption. The City shall first attempt to meet with CBE to implement alternative solutions in order to avoid future issues. In the event the parties are unable to agree to an alternative solution or adverse incidents reoccur, the City may revoke the authorization with 10 days written notice to CBE.
Alcohol Sales. All Exhibitors selling alcohol must sign ECEL's Alcohol Traders’ Agreement (ATA).
Alcohol Sales i) ☐ For this event, Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks will be offered for sale to the public.
ii) ☐ For this event, Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks will not be offered for sale to the public.

Alcohol Sales. No alcohol may be sold in, at or near the Concession Stand unless an appropriate license/permit has been obtained. These alcohol licenses/permits require an application to be submitted to the City Finance Office at least 30 days in advance of the event.
Alcohol Sales. The Merchant shall notify the University immediately in writing in the event the Merchant’s sales of alcohol exceed 40% of total sales. If the Merchant’s sales of alcohol exceed 40% of total sales, this Agreement shall immediately and automatically terminate and the Merchant shall no longer be permitted to accept purchases from Card Holders using the One Card.
Alcohol Sales. The Parties shall cooperate such that Northwestern will (i) obtain all permits, licenses and approvals required for the sale of alcohol at Xxxx Field and its Events prior to opening of the new stadium, and (ii) maintain all such permits, licenses and approvals for so long as Northwestern causes vendors to make alcohol available at Xxxx Field and its Events. In connection therewith, Northwestern shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause professional servers to utilize industry-standard practices for the service of alcohol, such as, by way of example only:
a. reviewing customers’ identification for compliance with applicable age limits;
b. limiting the number of alcoholic drinks that any individual may purchase; and
c. stopping general admission alcohol service in accordance with best practices for Football Games and Concerts.
Alcohol Sales a. Be allowed to use Lessor’s Governmental Liquor License to sell beer and/or wine during Santa Fe Fuego Baseball games during the term of this Agreement. Lessee shall not sell beer and/or wine under this Agreement at any place or time other than at the licensed premises during Santa Fe Fuego Baseball Games.
