SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. The Company is in full support of the Responsible Service of Alcohol laws set out by the state of Queensland. The Company is not licensed to sell alcohol at the Venue. All alcohol is strictly limited to the Client providing their own, however the Company warrants its Service Staff are RSA certified and trained to serve the Client’s alcohol at the Event, if provided. The Company is responsible for the safety of any function held within the Venue and therefor reserves the right under Queensland law, to cease the service of alcohol if a Guest is deemed to be intoxicated or a danger to other Guests or Service Staff. The Company also reserves the right to remove or refuse re-entry to Guests who are behaving in a dangerous or disorderly manner. Liquor Licence laws restrict the service of alcohol by the Company in the Venue to be strictly limited to the hours between 10am and 11pm which is non-negotiable. Guests under the age of 18 are welcome at the Venue however may not consume any alcohol as a part of the Event.

SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. Mulpha holds a Commercial Special Facility liquor licence (Mulpha’s Liquor Licence) for the area where the function will be held. As such, Mulpha has continuing obligations under the Liquor Act 1992 Qld (Liquor Act). If we consent to you hosting a social function on the Site that involves the service of alcohol, for the duration of the function and only to the extent required under the Liquor Act and Mulpha’s Liquor Licence (as determined by Mulpha in its sole discretion), Mulpha will grant to the exhibitor a sublease of the area where the function will be held or grant a right to supply alcohol. Any function held by an Exhibitor is subject to the Exhibitor’s agreement to strictly observe and comply with: (a) all requirements of the Liquor Act and compliance practices designed to ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol; (b) the requirement to keep a copy of the sub-lease (if issued) or management agreement (if issued) in order that it can be produced to an investigator or police officer on request. (c) all directions and instructions provided by Xxxxxx, including but not limited to: (i) All alcohol supplied at the function must be supplied by the exhibitor or his/her employees. (ii) Not serving or supplying liquor: ⮚ to any patron who is under 18 years of age; ⮚ to an unduly intoxicated patron; ⮚ to a disorderly patron; ⮚ after 10pm; and (iii) ensuring all patrons consume liquor only within the designated area for the function space. (iv) security personnel has been required to stay until either: ⮚ one hour after the completion of the function; or ⮚ until all patrons have vacated Sanctuary Cove Marine Village and/or the Sanctuary Cove Marina. (v) Maintaining a charged mobile phone and relevant security, first aid and emergency contact numbers being available to function staff. (vi) Any incidents involving injury or damage to property will be reported in accordance with Mulpha Events Incident Reporting Policy.
SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. If alcohol is being served as part of the Services, Service Provider assumes all responsibility for complying with and enforcing state and local laws relating to the sale of alcohol. Service Provider will be responsible for checking attendees for legal drinking age and any collection of money from the bar. Further, Service Provider agrees to maintain adequate liquor liability insurance and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Northeastern, its trustees, employees, students and agents from and against any and all liability, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) in any way related to Service Provider’s provision of alcohol in violation of the terms hereof or applicable law.
SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. The Lessee must not: 8.1.1 serve, sell or provide to persons; or 8.1.2 consume or allow persons to consume; alcoholic beverages on the Premises except in accordance with a Liquor Licence obtained pursuant to clause 8.2 and otherwise in accordance with this clause.

SERVICE OF ALCOHOL. The College has a small food service area, bar and also Licensed area within the Theatre foyer and also on the deck adjoining the foyer. • Responsible service of alcohol may be arranged in advance in conjunction with the College. • This, however will incur additional costs as the College will need to provide an additional staff member (s) with the Responsible Service of Alcohol to run and manage bar service. • Alcohol can either be paid for as purchased or a bar tab pre- paid by the hirer prior to the event, with any unused funds to be returned back to the hirer as a part of the return of the hire bond. • Please complete the Technical Support Booking Sheet attached below. All Saints’ Chapel • A small circular chapel which seats 136 comfortably with Air Conditioning; • Can seat up to an additional 200 people if doors are opened; • Flat-screen TV's available on both sides of the congregation; • Organ within the Chapel and AV inputs which enable a wide range of media options. • Situated next to the All Saints’ Theatre and can be utilised in conjunction with the Theatre Foyer and also a deck for larger events. • Access to amenities nearing the Chapel that is being hired is available as a part of this fee. Chapel $300 (Offering towards Chapel running costs) Additional chairs $10 per stack of 10 chairs Classroom / Performing Arts Studio • Either standard classroom configuration of 28 desks and chairs; or • Dance/Drama studio configuration with large open dance studio and wall to wall mirrors on one side of the room; • The studio has sprung wooden floors and hirers must not wear shoes into this space; • Data Projector, Whiteboard, and Projector Screen available for use; • Access to amenities nearing the room or studio that is being hired are available as a part of this fee; • Airconditioned. $50 $250 Industrial Kitchen / St Andrew’s Cafe • Student Hospitality Industrial Kitchen, which can be hired out by external organisations upon special request; • Kitchen's are to be left in a clean and tidy state; • All rubbish is to be placed in the industrial rubbish bins near the entrance to the staff parking; • No food products are to be left in the kitchen or the college fridges on site unless a pre-existing arrangement exists; • Air-conditioned. • Access to amenities nearing the kitchen that is being hired is available as a part of this fee. $60 $300 BBQ & Undercover Area • Access to a large open undercover area; • Suitable for extra-curricular gatherings; • Excellent l...
