Alcoholic Beverage Sales. The sale of alcoholic beverages shall not be allowed between 8am and 10am on any day that the Business is authorized herein to be open. Only non-alcoholic drinks and food products shall be available for sale at the Premises between 8am and 10am on any day that the Business is authorized herein to be open.
Alcoholic Beverage Sales. Upon approval of this Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 4 of the City Code, a Waterfront Specialty Center is hereby designated for the SAP .
Alcoholic Beverage Sales. Upon approval of this Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 4 of the City Code, two (2) Retail Specialty Centers are hereby designated for properties within the SAP Area. The Miami Design District Retail Street SAP Retail Specialty Center North ("Retail Specialty Center North") shall consist of all SAP Properties located north of the mid-line of the right-of-way of NE 00xx Xxxxxx and the Miami Design District Retail Street SAP Retail Specialty Center South ("Retail Specialty Center South") shall include properties located south of the mid-line of the right-of-way of NE 00xx Xxxxxx. The maximum number of establishments selling alcoholic beverages permitted within each Retail Specialty Center shall not exceed five (5) establishments, inclusive of any such establishments in existence as of the date of this Agreement, but exclusive of any bona fide, licensed restaurants where the sale of alcoholic beverages is entirely incidental to and in conjunction with the principal use of the sale of food (e.g. bona fide, licensed restaurants, with a 2-COP, 2-COP XXX, 0-XXX, 0-XXX SRX or an equivalent license). The number of approved establishments may be increased by amendment to this Agreement. Each establishment selling alcoholic beverages permitted within the Retail Specialty Center North and the Retail Specialty Center South, exclusive of bona fide, licensed restaurants where the sale of alcoholic beverages is incidental to the principal use of the sale of food, shall be permitted pursuant to the requirements of the Miami Design District Street Regulating Plan, attached hereto as part of Exhibit "B", and any applicable provision of Chapter 4 of the City Code not in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement. Each of the alcoholic beverage establishments within both the Retail Street SAP Retail Specialty Center North and Retail Specialty Center South permitted pursuant to this Section shall be reserved for the benefit of the Retail Developer Party, unless otherwise modified by a separate written agreement between the Developer Parties.
Alcoholic Beverage Sales. The Property is located within the D3 and T6-36B-O zoning transects as designated under Miami 21. Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 4-3.2 of the Code, Planning and Zoning Advisory Board, and City Commission approval shall not be required for bars (including taverns, pubs, and lounges), nightclubs, and supper clubs as principal uses proposed to be located within the Miami River SAP Project. Said establishments shall be authorized pursuant to the issuance of a Warrant (currently requires Exception). The Planning & Zoning Director shall consider the criteria set forth in Section 4-3.2.1 of the City Code when evaluating such Warrant applications. There shall be a maximum of ten (10) individual alcohol beverage establishments permitted within the Miami River SAP area.
Alcoholic Beverage Sales. A certificate of use and/or occupancy may be issued to any applicant for the consumption or sale of liquor either on premises or off the premises and/or beer and wine for consumption on the premises, as defined under the laws of the State of Florida, on Block 5 East notwithstanding any minimum distance requirements for such license establishments set forth in Section 4-7 of the City Code.
Alcoholic Beverage Sales. ‌‌ 4.1 The Manager shall sell alcoholic beverages to its patron’s under the Town of Kindersley Liquor License. 4.2 The sale price of the beverages shall be set by the Town, in coordination with the Manager. 4.3 The Manager shall provide the service of selling alcoholic beverages at the lounge as a service to the Town, and shall adhere to all Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority regulations. 4.4 The Town will be responsible for one hundred (100%) percent of the cost for both non- alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including mix, for the lounge. Manager agrees to provide to the Town an inventory list of the alcoholic beverages it requires and the Town will purchase the alcohol and deliver it to the Lease Premises. 4.5 The Manager shall remit the gross income earned through the sale of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, along with a receipt which itemises the amount and types of beverages sold, to the Town during the first week of every month, for the previous month. The Town shall pay the Tenant the equivalent of 30% of all gross beverage sales income which were generated at the Leased Premises for the previous month.

On January 23, 2024, the Santa Xxxxx Planning Commission unanimously approved Resolution No. 3854 (Attachment B) for Project 23-CUP-03 “Cocina 1912” restaurant for a CUP to authorize a new California ABC Type 41 license: On-Sale Beer and Wine - Eating Place license that authorizes the sale of beer and wine for consumption on the licensed premises.
Alcoholic Beverage Sales. EPMC shall manage the sale of alcohol beverages at the Facilities. Such management services will include, without limitation: i. Day-to-day supervision and direction for the Alcoholic Beverage Operations; ii. Serving beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to customers in accordance with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage license/permit, and Applicable Law; iii. Maintaining all records and financial information required by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (hereinafter called "Commission"), and submitting same to the Commission pursuant to its requests; and iv. Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board and/or City Commission approval shall not be required for any Alcohol Service Establishments as principal uses to be located within the Miami Produce SAP and a part of the Retail Specialty Center. Such Alcohol Service Establishments may utilize a series 2-COP, 3PS, 4COP quota, or another alcoholic beverage license notwithstanding any other requirements of the City Code. The maximum number of Alcohol Service Establishments within the Retail Specialty Center shall not exceed five (5) Alcohol Service Establishments, exclusive of any such establishments in existence as of the date of this Agreement. Bona fide licensed Restaurants where the sale of alcoholic beverages is entirely incidental to, and in conjunction with, the principal use of the sale of food (e.g. bona fide, food service establishments, regardless of type or series of alcoholic beverage licensure utilized) shall not be considered Alcohol Service
