Common use of All Employees to be Members Clause in Contracts

All Employees to be Members. All employees of the Board, as a condition of continuing employment, shall become and remain members in good standing in the Union according to the constitution and bylaws of the Union. All future employees of the Board shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of employment with the Board.
