Common use of All Other Employees Clause in Contracts

All Other Employees. The sick leave entitlement of an employee is calculated (in working days) by applying the greater of the periods specified in (i) or (ii) below: (i) 10 days during the first year of service; 15 days in the second year of service; and 30 days in any subsequent year of service. (ii) A period calculated by allowing two (2) weeks for each completed year of service and by deducting from that calculation the total number of days of sick leave previously taken during the whole of the employee’s employment at UNSW.
