Allocation of Gas Quantities. (1) VGS shall allocate the gas quantities that are nominated by the customer for injection or withdrawal in each case to a Discounted Account or an Undiscounted Account created in accordance with § 1. If the nomination for injection or withdrawal takes place from the Dutch market area of GTS, the gas quantities are allocated to the Undiscounted Account by VGS.

Allocation of Gas Quantities. (1) The market area coordinators shall create balancing groups regarding discounted transport capacities (“Discounted BG”) and balancing groups regarding undiscounted transport capacities (“Undiscounted BG”) while using separate balancing group codes. Undiscounted Transport Capacities may be credited to both an Undiscounted BG and a Discounted BG. Discounted Transport Capacities, however, may be credited exclusively to a Discounted BG. Thereby, the transport capacities may be credited exclusively to balancing groups that are created in the same market area. In relation to VGS, the customer shall comply with these requirements on their own responsibility.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Additional Quantities For a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of solicitation award, the Customer reserves the right to acquire additional quantities up to the amount shown on the solicitation but not to exceed the threshold for Category Two at the prices submitted in the response to the solicitation.

  • ESTIMATED QUANTITIES 1.1 The quantities set forth in the line items and specification document are approximate and represent the estimated requirements for the contract period.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.

  • VARIATION IN QUANTITY The state assumes no liability for commodities produced, processed or shipped in excess of the amount specified herein.

  • Receipt Points The Points of Receipt are listed in Appendix 2.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.
