Unused Funds. The paid leave and money prescribed by the clause is for each individual to use. If an individual does not use their expense entitlement within a year it goes into the PACT Accrued Education Fund for discretionary allocation within their service centre and the organisation. Unused leave hours are not carried forward. A year is defined beginning 1 July each year and finishing 30 June the following year. The process for applying for Accrued Funds is set out n Appendix II to this agreement.
Unused Funds. Upon the termination or completion of services by the technical assistance provider, any unused funds shall be returned by the technical assistance provider to the Indian Tribe Trust and added back to the Tribal Allocation Subaccount.
Unused Funds. The Department reserves the right to revert any unexpended or unencumbered balance from this grant not used during the project period specified in the scope of work. Grant projects three years or older are subject to immediate reversion by the Department.
Unused Funds. 4.10 For any checks that have not been returned as undeliverable or remain uncashed after 90 days of issuance, the Settlement Administrator shall mail a second check to the Claimant.
4.11 Any funds that remain unclaimed 90 days after the second checks are mailed shall be distributed to an appropriate cy pres recipient selected by the Parties and agreed to by the Court.
Unused Funds. At the end-of-term Grantee agrees to return any unexpended or unaccounted for funds to the State Library, or to submit a written request for an extension of the grant period. Funds will be considered unexpended or unaccounted if they were: (1) not used for their intended purpose, or (2) used inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Funds will also be considered unaccounted for, and must be returned, if the proposal outcomes or deliverables are materially incomplete by the end-of-term or earlier termination, as determined by the State Library in its sole discretion.
Unused Funds. Funds awarded and paid from the County to Recipient pursuant to this Agreement that are not expended must be returned to the County on or before December 30, 2020, and may not be used for expenditures incurred after December 30, 2020.

Unused Funds. Benefits and Incentive Rewards are issued on an a “use it or lose it” basis. Therefore, at the end of the applicable benefit period any unused funds will be forfeited and automatically revert to AmeriHealth, as explained in your health plan documentation, FAQs and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. In the event that your Card Account is cancelled, closed, or terminated for any reason, any unused funds will be forfeited and automatically revert to AmeriHealth.
Unused Funds. 7.1.4.1 IN THE EVENT THAT THERE ARE ANY FUNDS REMAINING IN ANY CONTINGENCY,THOSE FUNDS SHALL BE RETAINED SOLELY BY THE OWNER. THE OWNER SHALL ALSO RETAIN FUNDS RESULTING FROM THE REDUCTION IN THE GMP IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE AGREED UPON BONDS AND INSURANCE PERCENTAGE IN SECTION 7.8 MULTIPLIED BY THE DOLLAR VALUE OF THE GMP REDUCTION AFTER THE UNUSED CONTINGENCIES ARE REMOVED.
Unused Funds. An Employee may carry forward or borrow a year of their unused PD fund. Accumulated funds shall not be paid upon the Employee's termination, resignation, layoff, retirement or death. A retiring Employee may designate any unused balance of their PD fund to either an individual Employee or a group of Employees. Where a group of Employees have been designated, the method of sharing of the available funds between Employees shall be agreed upon between the retiring Employee and the Executive Director.
