Cancellation by the Client. In the event that, due to illness or travel restrictions directly attributable to Covid-19, the client shall inform the University of Exeter immediately and the University of Exeter shall refund any monies paid to date, with the exception (where applicable) of any dates stayed.
Cancellation by the Client. 6.1 If a Client cancels an event or the event is treated by the Company as cancelled by reason of non-payment, cancellation charges as set out shall become payable by the Client to the Company within 7 days. Cancellation must be notified to the Company in writing by the Client.
6.2 Cancellation charges will be made as follows: - Within eight weeks of the event - No refund, the full amount is payable. From the time of booking to eight weeks before the event - A cancellation charge of 30% of the total amount is payable, unless a higher rate is agreed between both parties at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the Client. 4.1 Cancellation by the Client of the Booking may be notified by telephone in the first instance but must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or email. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx University will confirm receipt of the Client’s written cancellation notice, in writing. The Client shall not treat the Booking as cancelled until such written acknowledgement has been received from Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx University.
4.2 In the event of cancellation by a Client after written confirmation of the Booking has been received by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx University, the client shall be liable to pay Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx University a cancellation fee as follows, (the deposit paid by the Client shall be applied by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx University and set off against the relevant cancellation fee):
4.2.1 In respect of cancellation more than 30 days in advance of the Conference or Event, 25% of the Total Fee for the Booking;
4.2.2 In respect of cancellation 15 to 29 days in advance of the Conference or Event, 50% of the Total Fee for the Booking; or
4.2.3 In respect of cancellation 14 days or less in advance of the Conference or Event, 100% of the Total Fee for the Booking.
4.3 Where the Client has requested Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx University to procure on its behalf, from a third party provider, entertainment, audio visual equipment, furniture or any other facility or service, all relevant charges including cancellation charges shall be met by the Client.
4.4 Where the Client wishes an alteration or extension to the Facilities booked, this must be agreed in writing by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx University, and any such extension or alteration may incur additional charges.
Cancellation by the Client. The Order Schedule accepted by the Client cannot be cancelled/ terminated except with CANVALE’s written consent. The Client must indemnify CANVALE against all loss and damage in relation to any part of the Order Schedule that is cancelled/ terminated.
Cancellation by the Client. 3.3.1 If the Client cancels the Assignment within 14 days of entering into this agreement, then the Deposit shall be repaid to the Client in full.
3.3.2 If the Client seeks to cancel this Assignment 14 days after entering this agreement but more than 28 days before the Event then the Deposit shall be forfeited, any expenses incurred as at the date of cancellation must be paid by the Client, and those paid shall also be non-refundable. No further Fees will be due from the Client to the Celebrant.
3.3.3 If the Client seeks to cancel the Assignment less than 28 days before the Event then the Deposit will be forfeited. Any expenses incurred as at the date of cancellation must be paid by the Client, and those paid shall also be non-refundable. In addition, a cancellation fee will be immediately due, which shall be 100% of the Fees less any Fees already paid.
Cancellation by the Client. If the event is cancelled outside six weeks’ (42 days) notice of the due date the Client will be liable for a cancellation fee of £500. If the event is cancelled less than six weeks (42 days’) notice of the event date the Client will be liable for a charge of 50% of the minimum spend (the deposit). If the event is cancelled less than two weeks’ notice of the event date the Client will be liable for a charge of 100% of the minimum spend. All cancellation charges will be deducted from your deposit and/or charged to the credit card supplied.
Cancellation by the Client. 4.1 Cancellation by the Client must be notified to THE CLUB in writing or by email and will only be effective upon receipt of such notification.
4.2 In the event of such cancellation, the Club may, in its absolute discretion, refund a proportion of the cancellation fees applied.
Cancellation by the Client. Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation charge applicable. ¥ The cancellation charges are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price ¥ Cancellation 60 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit. ¥ Cancellation 59-30 days before departure: 50% of cost of services booked. ¥ Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: 100% of cost of services booked. Transfer to an alternative departure date will be charged US$ 100 per person and the cost already made that can’t be transferred to an alternative departure such as f.ex a flight and other. Please note that no refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
Cancellation by the Client. Article 8, paragraph 1 The agreement must be canceled at Vila Mimosa Lda. In this case, the fee of € 20, - has to be paid.
a. Cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) until the 14th day prior to departure, 50% of the fare; b. Cancellation from the 14th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival or later: the full amount.
Cancellation by the Client. Client understands that by entering into this dog portrait session contract agreement Photographer is foregoing other photographic sessions. The Client may cancel this contract by sending a written notice to the Photographer at any time. The deposit paid is non-refundable and any other fees already paid cannot be refunded and as compensation for loss of income for the Photographer.
