Amendment of Article. 26
(a) In paragraph 1 of Article 26 (Mutual Agreement Procedure), the words “The case must be presented within three years from the first notification of the action resulting in taxation not in accordance with the provisions of the Convention.” are inserted immediately after the words “of which he is a resident.”; and
(b) In paragraph 2 of Article 26 (Mutual Agreement Procedure), the words “Any agreement reached shall be implemented notwithstanding any time limits in the domestic law of the Contracting States.” immediately after the words “not in accordance with this Convention.”.
Amendment of Article. 22
(a) Paragraph 3 of Article 22 (Limitation of Relief) is deleted.
(b) The words “making a determination under paragraph 3” in paragraph 4 of Article 22 (Limitation of Relief) is deleted and substituted with the words “making a determination under Article 27A”.
Amendment of Article. Any changes in the General Corporation Law of Delaware increasing, decreasing, amending, changing or otherwise effecting the indemnification of directors, officers, agents, or employees of the Corporation shall be incorporated by reference in this Article as of the date of such changes without further action by the Corporation, its Board of Directors, of Shareholders, it being the intention of this Article that directors, officers, agents and employees of the Corporation shall be indemnified to the maximum degree allowed by the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware at all times. Amendment of Article. 15 OF THE TREATY Article 15 of the Treaty is amended -
(a) in paragraph 1, by inserting the word "and" immediately after subparagraph k);
(b) in paragraph 2, by deleting "Commissions, and";
(c) in paragraph 3, by inserting immediately after "Executive Secretary" the words " and the Deputy Executive Secretary".
Amendment of Article. 34 OF THE TREATY Article 34 of the Treaty is amended-
(a) in paragraph 1, by deleting "Chairman" and substituting therefor the word "Chairperson";
(b) in paragraph 3, by inserting immediately after "obligations" the words "under this Treaty" up to the date of its withdrawal "; and
(c) by deleting paragraph 6.

(a) 53 Limit on Total of all Maximum Annual Table A Amounts The Agency’s maximum Annual Table A Amount hereunder, together with the maximum Table A amounts of all other contractors, shall aggregate no more than 4,185,000 acre-feet of project water. <(i) No such subarticle exists.>
Amendment of Article.
