Amendment Purpose. This amendment incorporates changes to boilerplate contract language and related contract attachments.
Amendment Purpose. CONFIRE and Contractor now desire to amend the Agreement to extend the Agreement Term (“Amended Term”).
Amendment Purpose. SCAG desires to unilaterally amend the Agreement to update the Available Funding Schedule set forth in Exhibit D-[ ] to the Agreement.
Amendment Purpose. The purpose of this Amendment is to:
a. Reflect the name change of the DAS SPO to the Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services Division, Procurement Services (“DAS PS”).
b. Reflect the name change of the cooperative program from Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) also known as WSCA-NASPO Cooperative Purchasing Program (WSCA-NASPO) to NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program (“NASPO ValuePoint”).
c. Reflect the name change of the Enterprise Holdings, Inc. hourly rentals program from WeCar to Enterprise CarShare.
d. Modify the Preamble, Section 1 Definitions, Section 3.1 Term of the Price Agreement, Section 21.0 Notices; Exhibit A Section 4.1 Administrative and Contract Management Reports and Section 4.2 Volume Sales Reports; and Exhibit G NASPO ValuePoint Standard Contract Terms and Conditions.
e. Delete and replace the Master Price Agreement Preamble; Exhibit A: Section
Amendment Purpose. The City and Consultant desire to amend the aforesaid Agreement to extend the term of the agreement to October 29, 2015.
Amendment Purpose. District and Consultant wish to extend Consultant’s current contracted design and engineering services to also provide construction administration services for the duration of Phase 3, Construction, of the Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Effluent Storage Tank project.
Amendment Purpose. It is the purpose of this Amendment to reaffirm and restate the duties, powers, and obligations of the Consortium of Local Area 7 under the prior Agreement, in order to be in compliance with WIOA.
Amendment Purpose. The Authority and Consultant desire to amend the Agreement to a term not-to-exceed December 31, 2020.
Amendment Purpose. The City and Architect desire to amend the Agreement to increase the budget and authorize the Architect to provide services to the City related to design and development of the FFE program, manage procurement documents, coordinate the procurement process, and provide quality assurance during installation; design, coordination support and installation observation for the Donor Wall in the Welcome Area; provide additional graphics and signage design for the donor naming opportunities throughout the library; design development and coordination support for the sculptural log objects in the Activity Yard and Trailhead and construction documentation and coordination for irrigation by the Landscape Architect.
Amendment Purpose. The purpose of the amendment is to modify Part II, Statement of Work to add C6.3.2.1B Mediation in Mental Health Dispute Resolution.
