Common use of Amount of Paid Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Amount of Paid Personal Leave. Paid personal leave will be available to an Employee when they are absent because of: (a) personal illness or injury; or (b) personal illness or injury of an immediate family or household member who requires the Employee's care and support; or (c) an unexpected emergency affecting an immediate family or household member;
