AMPLIFIED SOUND. The use of microphones, DJ equipment, and live bands is considered amplified sound and must be confined, if allowed as part of rental agreement, to rental space only.
AMPLIFIED SOUND. If amplified music is planned sound level must not exceed 55dBA. Pullman City Code: 8.80.020. Speakers should be positioned to face the parking lot.
AMPLIFIED SOUND. Amplified sound must face north or northeast toward Fisherman’s Wharf and the ocean to prevent sound traveling to nearby residential areas across Pacific Street, and must not be audible beyond one block of the OWS premises. Amplified sound must cease by 10 pm pursuant to the City of Monterey Code. The music provider must be briefed as to these sound restrictions and agree to comply with them at all times, no exceptions.
AMPLIFIED SOUND. Sound levels will be managed in order not to disturb other park patrons or the surrounding neighborhood. The use of amplified sound (voice and/or musical instruments) is permitted on a limited basis. The City reserves the right at any time to require individual(s) reserving the Facility to reduce volume levels and/or eliminate all amplified sound as may be considered a nuisance to the adjacent neighborhood.
AMPLIFIED SOUND. The proposed location of the sound system, direction of sound and location of all speakers must be identified on Lessee’s final site layout. For outdoor events, amplified sound must be directed away from residences. The City of Xxxx Department of Public Parks retains the exclusive right to control the volume of amplified sound.
AMPLIFIED SOUND. In order to prevent disruption to businesses, offices, classes, and neighboring residential areas, programs on campus involving amplified music are allowed only during the following times: Sundays: 12 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Mondays-Thursdays: 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Fridays-Saturdays: 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.
AMPLIFIED SOUND. The use of amplified sound in at Keystone Little League is prohibited unless permission has been granted. Keystone Little League upon approval may impose reasonable conditions concerning the location of the sound system and the maximum decibel level for the sound system to minimize the amount of amplified sound audible in adjacent parks areas and neighborhoods.
AMPLIFIED SOUND. Any amplified sound must be reported on the original application. Any sound over 68 decibels requires a noise and sound level regulation permit from the City of Houston Permitting Center. Permits must be obtained through the Houston Permitting Center. AMPLIFIED SOUND amplified system for sound is allowed, however, we do not provide electricity. You can bring the system with you or you can rent one from one of our approved vendors. Generators and loudspeaker systems are prohibited at the Conservatory.
AMPLIFIED SOUND. Amplified music, live or recorded, is permitted at the Presidio but must not disturb other visitors, residents and tenants. Acoustic music is permitted outside of venues until 10:00 PM at the Officers’ Club, Observation Post and Golden Gate Club; 6pm at the Log Cabin. All music, amplified or acoustic, must conclude inside the venues no later than 11:00 PM. Permittee may be required to adjust sound levels or terminate amplification at any time by direction of the on-site representative of the Trust.
