Sound Restrictions. Exhibitors operating sound producing equipment must keep the sound at reasonable volume that of a normal speaking voice, in order to avoid disturbing other exhibitors. Sound and noise should not exceed 85 decibels when measured from the aisle immediately in front of a booth. Public address systems, radio broadcasts, and other devices used only to attract attention by sound are prohibited. Exposition Management reserves the right to regulate and/or restrict sound and electricity of any Exhibitor who violates this rule.

Sound Restrictions. No audio equipment or voice-reproducing machines can be operated in such a manner as to cause a disturbance to other exhibitors. Earphones should be provided, or such devices should be enclosed in a special soundproof booth. SHM reserves the right to determine when sound is interfering with another exhibit and must be discontinued. SHM does not obtain licensing that will allow the use of copyrighted, recorded music or other audio-visual works in the Exhibit Hall or in Exhibitor’s space. Exhibitors interested in playing copyrighted audio-visual material must independently obtain the proper licensing. Licensing for copyrighted music can be obtained from Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI) at xxx.xxx.xxx or the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) at xxx.xxxxx.xxx.
Sound Restrictions. The use of any sound devices must be approved prior to its use by TEF. Upon approval, Xxxxxx agrees to maintain any sound from such equipment at a conversational level to avoid interference with neighboring Vendors. TEF has the sole discretion to determine if such sound level is too loud or objectionable, and if so determined, the Vendor will take such action as directed by TEF.

After two (2) warnings about offensive sound, the Festival Committee shall have the right to disconnect power from the booth and/or request the offending Vendor vacate the booth space.
Sound Restrictions. Sound emanating from any Wind Project turbines shall be equal to or less than 50 dBA Leq at the exterior centerpoint of a non-participating occupied primary residential dwelling in existence as of the date of this Agreement or any public schools, hospitals, or public libraries, except when the owners of such dwelling or building have consented, in writing, to a sound level in excess of such level, using the ISO 9613-2 sound propagation methodology. As used in this Agreement, the term “non-participating” shall describe those persons and their respective property with whom neither Developer nor an affiliate of Developer has entered into any contractual agreements for the benefit of the Wind Project.

Exhibitor agrees to pay all royalties, license fees, or other charges for any music, live or recorded, or other entertainment of any kind played by Exhibitor or his agents or employees within the premises. Exhibitor agrees to hold NOSSCR harmless against any and all such claims or charges.
