ANCILLARY SOFTWARE. ServiceNow grants Customer a limited, personal, worldwide, non- sublicensable, non-transferable (except as set forth in Section 12.1 (Assignment)), non-exclusive, royalty-free license during the Subscription Term to install and execute Ancillary Software on machines operated by or for Customer, solely to facilitate Customer’s authorized access to and use of the Subscription Service.
ANCILLARY SOFTWARE. Versions of certain third-party open source software (including libraries and redistributable files) may be embedded in, delivered with or automatically downloaded as part of any Offering (“Ancillary Software”). If a separate license agreement pertaining to Ancillary Software is embedded or provided with the Offerings, then the Ancillary Software is subject to the applicable separate license agreement pertaining to the Ancillary Software. Upon request, Entrust will provide Customer with a complete list of Ancillary Software and corresponding licenses, which list shall be deemed Entrust Confidential Information.
ANCILLARY SOFTWARE. Nuix may provide APIs and/or Scripts (collectively, any such APIs and Scripts, “Ancillary Software”) to Licensee, which may be used by Licensee in conjunction with Licensee’s licensed use of the Software. Licensee assumes all risk of use of the Ancillary Software in connection with the Software. As between Nuix and Licensee, Licensee acknowledges that Nuix owns title and all intellectual property rights to the Ancillary Software.
ANCILLARY SOFTWARE. At its sole and absolute discretion, Nuix may provide scripts and/or bespoke applications (“Scripts”) to Licensee, which may be used in conjunction with the Software. Nuix provides these Scripts on an “AS IS” basis and does not provide support for such Scripts, unless accompanied by a mutually executed Order Form or statement of work that expressly sets forth Nuix’s support obligations. Licensee assumes all risk of use of the scripts in connection with the Software. The restrictions set forth in this clause 1 that apply to Software, also apply to Scripts. As between Nuix and Licensee, Licensee acknowledges that Nuix owns title and all intellectual property rights to the Scripts. Nuix may terminate Licensee’s use of the Scripts on written notice to Licensee.
ANCILLARY SOFTWARE. Certain third-party software may be embedded in or delivered with the Extension Software ("Ancillary Software"). If a separate license agreement pertaining to the Ancillary Software is included with the Extension Software, then such separate license agreement shall apply to use by Licensee of the Ancillary Software. Licensee’s right to use the Ancillary Software shall be limited to the use necessary to operate the Extension Software as permitted by this XXXX. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of Ancillary Software that is licensed pursuant to open source licenses that prohibit the imposition of any restrictions on use beyond those contained in such open source licenses, the restrictions on use contained in this XXXX shall not be applicable to such Ancillary Software.
ANCILLARY SOFTWARE. Licensee assumes all risk of use of the Ancillary Software in connection with the Software. As between Nuix and Licensee, Licensee acknowledges that Nuix owns title and all Intellectual Property Rights to the Ancillary Software.

Continuity grants Customer a limited, personal, worldwide, non- sublicensable, non-transferable (except as set forth in Section 12.1 (Assignment)), non-exclusive, royalty-free license during the Subscription Term to install and execute Ancillary Software on machines operated by or for Customer, solely to facilitate Customer’s authorized access to and use of the Subscription Service.
ANCILLARY SOFTWARE. Although this agreement is used to govern the supply of Software that is principally supplied as software- as-a-service consumed from the SaaS Platform, such Software might require or be used in conjunction with software installed locally on End User workstations as follows:

The third party software applications that are intended to be provided to Customers, which at the present time include the following: Oracle 10g by Oracle Corporation; Crystal Reports by SAP; PDF 0.xxx by O2 Solutions; .image 5.i by Atalasoft; DivaServer telephony card; Rangrover bySilver bullet; .Net 2.0 framework by Microsoft; Visual Studio 2005 by Microsoft.
