and 12. Employees can renew their requests anytime from the ninetieth (90th) day to the day prior to the expiration of the request. During this period, the Company shall remind the employee in writing of the upcoming expiration date of their request.

The Seller may elect to effect such repair, replacement or correction by supplying modification kits designed to rectify the defect or [...***...] by furnishing a credit to the Buyer for the future purchase of goods and services (not including Aircraft) equal to the price at which the Buyer is then entitled to acquire a replacement for the defective Warranted Part.
