and 16. Vacation pay for both temporary and part-time nurses shall be calculated and paid on each pay cheque and based upon the percentage of gross earnings.
and 16 to fill a vacant position shall be considered as an applicant only if such employee has timely submitted the transfer request within the five-day period for posting
and 16. Employees who work on a holiday listed above will be paid time and one-half (1 1/2) for all hours worked on the holiday in addition to the holiday pay. For purposes of this section, the holiday shall begin at 12:01 a.m. and ends at midnight.
and 16. 1.2 above, in each of its subcontracts and requiring that the same clauses be included in any of the first-tier subcontractors’ subcontracts with a lower-tier subcontractor or supplier.
