and 16. 8. Vacation pay for both temporary and part-time nurses shall be calculated and paid on each pay cheque and based upon the percentage of gross earnings.
and 16. 2.1.2) to fill a vacant position shall be considered as an applicant only if such employee has timely submitted the transfer request within the five-day period for posting
and 16. 02. If there are no successful bargaining unit candidates, all bargaining unit applicants will be notified before proceeding to fill the vacancy under Article 16.04. Unsuccessful candidates shall have five (5) working days from the date of notification that there are no successful internal candidates to initiate a grievance at Stage 2 of the grievance procedure.
and 16. 1.8 or to Members who have failed to pay any amounts referred to in the introduction to article 16.1 within 60 (sixty) days of becoming due. Any disciplinary action taken in respect of late payment of any nature may extend beyond the actual date of payment of the total amount due.
and 16. 4. Employees who work on a holiday listed above will be paid time and one-half (1 1/2) for all hours worked on the holiday in addition to the holiday pay. For purposes of this section, the holiday shall begin at 12:01 a.m. and ends at midnight.
and 16. 06. The Union shall reimburse the District within thirty (30) days. The percentage rates for WCB, EI, CPP and Pension Plan will be reviewed and adjusted annually on April 1.
and 16. 7.1.2 of this section. Adult School Teachers who are employed less than full-time shall be permitted to use 70% of their annual sick leave allotment for personal necessity purposes. Leaves under 16.7.1.1 and 16.7.1.2 of this section shall be limited to the number of accumulated sick days. Such days will be deducted from sick leave previously earned by the employee. The days allowed may not exceed the number of full pay days of illness or injury leave to which the employee is entitled.
and 16. 2.2 of this Agreement, shall not apply to claims of fraud or actions to enforce Article 6, Sections 7.2, 7.7, 7.16, 8.2, 10.1, 16.6 and Article 19 of this Agreement.
and 16. 6.2.5 related to the assignment of such instructors and their performance of the duties as aforesaid.
and 16. 7.5, the Council and the employee shall (subject to Clauses 16.7.4 and 16.7.5), discuss and agree upon which form of employment the employee will convert to, that is full-time or part-time. Following such agreement being reached, the Council will convert the employee to full-time or part-time employment.
