The JCAA shall review the report of the Equity Office and shall (i) discuss means for improving employment equity, including striking a sub-committee on equity as appropriate, and (ii) report any recommendations for improving employment equity to the Council on Employment Equity and the Senate.

For the purposes of this article, only actual costs falling within the categories set out in the estimated budget referred to in Article I.4.1 and contained in Annex II shall be taken into account; non-eligible costs shall always be covered by non-Community resources. Any surplus determined in this way shall result in a corresponding reduction in the amount of the grant.

(a) the number of publicly accessible recharging points and stations, separately for recharging points dedicated to light-duty vehicles and recharging points dedicated to heavy-duty vehicles, and in accordance with the categorisation provided in Xxxxx XXX;
(b) the number of publicly accessible hydrogen refuelling points;
(c) the infrastructure for shore-side electricity supply in maritime and inland ports of the TEN-T core network and the TEN-T comprehensive network;
(d) the infrastructure for electricity supply for stationary aircraft in airports of the TEN-T core network and the TEN-T comprehensive network;
(e) the number of refuelling points for liquefied methane at maritime and inland ports of the TEN-T core network and the TEN-T comprehensive network;
(f) the number of publicly accessible refuelling points for liquefied methane for motor vehicles;
(g) the number of publicly accessible CNG refuelling points for motor vehicles;
(h) refuelling and recharging points for other alternative fuels at TEN-T core and comprehensive maritime and inland ports;
(i) refuelling and recharging points for other alternative fuels at airports of the TEN- T core network and the TEN-T comprehensive network;
(j) refuelling points for alternative fuels and recharging points for rail transport.
and Article. 12.2. Remaining vacancies will then be filled as per Article E.

(i) in respect of Article 2 it is not possible to agree that a particular new tax satisfies the conditions of paragraph (4) of this Article; or
(ii) in respect of Article 22, insofar as this relates to the taxation of items of income of a resident of a Contracting State which are not dealt with in the foregoing Articles of this Convention and which arise in the other Contracting State, the amount of tax involved appears to the competent authority of Estonia to upset the balance of this Convention; the United Kingdom is ready to negotiate an amending Protocol to the Convention without delay.
and Article. 13. The expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not release either of the Parties from any liability which at the time of expiration or termination has already accrued to the other Party.
