Annexes of the Contract. 12.1 The Annexes are indivisible parts of this contract and they have the same effect as this contract.
Annexes of the Contract. 8.1. The tender document is an annex and an integral part of this contract and binds the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. However, in case of conflict or difference between the provisions of the contract and the provisions in the documents constituting the tender document, the provisions in the tender document shall prevail.
Annexes of the Contract. 8.1. The Tender Documents that shall be an annex to this Contract shall be an integral part of this Contract, and shall bind the Buyer and the Seller. However, in the event that there is a conflict or discrepancy between the provisions of the Contract and provisions of the documents comprising the Tender Documents, the provisions specified in the Tender Document shall prevail. This Contract shall form the whole contract between the Parties together with its annexes.

Annexes of the Contract. The Annexes are inseparable parts of this Contract, and the signing of the Annexes is a condition for the validity of the Contract. Beside the Annexes listed in the Article 8 the Parties may issue other Annexes provided that this condition is indicated in this Contract in the form of a Clause.
