Announcements and Publications. Contractor shall coordinate with District with respect to, and provide advance copies to District for review of, the text of any proposed announcements or publications that include any non-public information concerning the Work prior to the dissemination thereof to the public or to any Person other than Subcontractors or advisors of Contractor, in each case, who agree to keep such information confidential. If District delivers written notice to Contractor rejecting any such proposed announcement or publication within two (2) Business Days after receiving such advance copies, the Contractor shall not make such public announcement or publication; provided, however, that Contractor may disseminate or release such information in response to requirements of Governmental Authority.
Announcements and Publications. Operator shall coordinate with Owner with respect to, and provide advance copies to Owner for review of, the text of any proposed announcements or publications that include any non-public information concerning the Work prior to the dissemination thereof to the public or to any Person other than Subcontractors or advisors of Operator, in each case, who agree to keep such information confidential. If Owner delivers written notice to Operator rejecting any such proposed announcement or publication within ten (10) Business Days after receiving such advance copies, the Operator shall not make such public announcement or publication; provided, however, that Operator may disseminate or release such information in response to requirements of Governmental Authority.
Announcements and Publications. The Supplier must not:
(a) make any public announcement about the Contract;
(b) use or publish the name and logo of CSC for any purpose; or
(c) identify CSC as a client of the Supplier or otherwise refer to CSC, including on the Provider’s website or in any marketing materials, without the prior written consent of CSC. CSC may disclose or publish information about the Contract or Supplier as required by law or in order to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Announcements and Publications. 10.1 If Diversa wishes to make any announcement regarding this transaction, Diversa shall issue a press release regarding this Agreement which shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing.
10.2 Except for the information disclosed in the joint press release, neither Party shall use the name of the other Party or reveal the existence of or terms of this Agreement in any publication, publicity or advertising without the prior written approval of the other party, except that:-
10.2.1 either Party may use the text of a written statement approved in advance by both Parties without further approval, and
10.2.2 either Party shall have the right to identify the other Party and to disclose the terms of this Agreement as required by applicable securities laws or other applicable law or regulation, provided that such Party takes reasonable and lawful actions to minimize the degree of such disclosure.
Announcements and Publications.
3.1 The Bidder shall procure the release of the Press Announcement via RNS and via SEDAR at or before 09.00 (PST) on 3 June 2020 or such later date as the parties agree in writing (which shall, where required by the City Code, be following receipt of the approval of the Panel).
3.2 The parties shall, subject to the requirements of law or any court order or the rules or requirements of any regulatory body (including, without limitation, the Panel) or any stock exchange and to the extent practicable, consult with each other as to the terms of, the timing of and the manner of publication of, any other formal announcement, circular or publication which any party may make in connection with the Acquisition, the Scheme, the Offer or this Agreement or any matter referred to in the Press Announcement provided that nothing in this Clause 3.2 shall require the Target to consult with the Bidder as to the terms or the timing of, or the manner of publication of, any announcement resulting from or in connection with a Competing Proposal or require the Bidder to consult with the Target in connection with any increased price for the Acquisition. 4 IMPLEMENTATION OF ACQUISITION
4.1 Scheme Document
4.1.1 agrees to promptly provide the Target with all such information about itself, its directors and the Bidder Group and their respective Personnel as may reasonably be requested and which is reasonably required by the Target for inclusion in the Scheme Document (including, without limitation, any information required by the Panel or under the City Code, the Act or other Applicable Law);
4.1.2 agrees to promptly provide the Target with all such other assistance and access as may reasonably be required in connection with the preparation of the Scheme Document and any other document required by the Panel or under the City Code, the Act or by other Applicable Law to be published in connection with the Scheme, including access to, and ensuring the provision of reasonable assistance by, the Bidder’s relevant professional advisers;
4.1.3 shall procure that its directors accept responsibility, in the terms required by the Panel or the City Code, for all the information (including any expressions of opinion) in the Scheme Document and any other document required by the Panel or under the City Code, the Act or by other Applicable Law to be published in connection with the Scheme relating to themselves (and members of their immediate families, related trusts and persons connected wi...
Announcements and Publications. 2.1 The parties shall procure the release of the Press Announcement by 7.00 a.m. on 17 December 2007, or such other time as may be agreed by the parties and the obligations of the parties under this Agreement, other than this clause 2.1, shall be conditional on such release.
2.2 The parties shall, subject to the requirements of law or any court order or the rules of any applicable regulatory body (including, without limitation, the Panel) or any stock exchange and to the extent reasonably practicable, consult with each other as to the terms of, the timing of and the manner of publication of, any other formal announcement, circular or publication which any party may make in connection with the Transaction, the Scheme, this Agreement or any matter referred to in the Press Announcement PROVIDED THAT nothing in this clause 2.2 shall require Epicor to consult with NSB in connection with any increased price for the Transaction.
Announcements and Publications. By sponsoring the Awards, you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the events. TasTAFE reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the events with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print material, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you. TasTAFE may refer to you as a sponsor of the events on its website, in social media, and in any other materials published in any medium to promote the Awards and events. Any issue by you of any public statement, media release or promotional material to which this Agreement relates must be approved in advance and in writing by TasTAFE. TasTAFE has the right to veto any sponsorship materials that you provide to TasTAFE for the events and to require you to provide materials that are satisfactory to TasTAFE, acting reasonably.

Announcements and Publications. 2.1 The parties shall procure the release of the Press Announcement by 4.00 p.m. on 13 June 2008, or such other time and date as may be agreed by the parties in writing.
2.2 The obligations of the parties under this Agreement (other than clauses 1, 2.1 and 11 to 16 which shall have immediate effect) shall be conditional on the release of the Press Announcement in accordance with clause 2.1.
Announcements and Publications. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law or regulation, no Party shall make any public announcements in respect of this Agreement or the Work or otherwise communicate with any news media without the prior written consent of the other Party (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), and the Parties shall cooperate as to the timing and contents of any such announcement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that (a) Contractor may photograph the System and use those photographs in Contractor’s Internet and print publications, and (b) upon Final Completion and subject to Client’s approval (not to be unreasonably withheld), Contractor may list Client in “Customer” or “Clients” section of Contractor’s website or other printed material.
