Annual License Maintenance Fees. Licensee agrees to pay Harvard annual license maintenance fee as follows: [***] Each annual license maintenance fee shall be due and payable on the first business day in January of the applicable year, and creditable against any royalty amounts payable under Section 4.3.1 below with respect to Licensed Products sold and Licensed Services performed in the same anniversary year that such annual license maintenance fee was due.
Annual License Maintenance Fees. Licensee shall pay Harvard a non-refundable, non-recoverable and non-creditable annual license maintenance fee as follows:

Annual License Maintenance Fees. In partial consideration for the rights granted to IMUN, IMUN will pay $100,000 on the annual anniversary of the Effective Date until such time as IMUN can demonstrate to TPEX, regulatory approval in Africa.
Annual License Maintenance Fees. WAVE shall pay to MI, within [***] ([***]) days after the anniversary date of the Effective Date, on that same date each year thereafter for the Term of this Agreement, an annual license maintenance fee of USD $[***] (United States Dollar [***]). Annual License Maintenance Fees paid by WAVE for a certain calendar year will be credited against WAVE’S respective actual earned royalties payable to MI under Section 5.4 for the same calendar year.
Annual License Maintenance Fees. Licensee shall pay to CARDIFF and KUL an annual license maintenance fee as set forth in Appendix B no later than thirty (30) days after each anniversary of the Effective Date; provided, however that Licensee shall have no obligation to pay an annual license maintenance fee in any year that royalty payments are greater than the Appendix B amount. Only one annual license maintenance fee is due to each of CARDIFF and KUL by Licensee in any calendar year regardless of the number of patents within the Licensed Patents, and regardless of the number of Sublicensees.
Annual License Maintenance Fees. 5.1. Subject to and in consideration of the payment by CLIENT to SysTech of the agreed annual maintenance fee and subject also to the observance and performance by CLIENT of the obligations on its part herein after contained, SysTech is hereby obligated to provide maintenance and support services as herein stated.
5.2. The Annual license/maintenance fee payable shall be the sum specified at Part III of the Annexure 1 hereto and shall remain constant during the contract period and can only be subject to a review at the contract renewal.
5.3. The annual maintenance/license fee will be paid annually and in advance.
Annual License Maintenance Fees. Licensee shall pay to UGARF an annual license maintenance fee as set forth in Appendix D no later than thirty (30) days after each anniversary of the Effective Date; provided, however that Licensee’s obligation to pay an annual license maintenance fee shall cease in the first calendar year following the first sale of any Licensed Product. Only one annual license maintenance fee is due to UGARF by Licensee in any calendar year regardless of the number of patents within the Licensed Patents, and regardless of the number of Sublicensees.
Annual License Maintenance Fees. Licensee agrees to pay Harvard annual license maintenance fee as follows (except to the extent already paid since the Original Effective Date, as noted below):
4.3.1 [***] for calendar years 2012 and 2013, which Harvard acknowledges have already been paid; and
4.3.2 [***] for calendar year 2014 and each subsequent calendar year during the Term. Each such fee shall be due and payable on January 1st of the calendar year to which such fee applies. Each annual license maintenance fee shall be creditable against any amounts payable under Sections 4.4 and 4.5 below with respect to milestones achieved and Licensed Products sold in the same calendar year that such annual license maintenance fee was due.
Annual License Maintenance Fees. Licensee shall pay Xxxxxxxxx Ventures LLC a non-re- fundable, non-recoverable and non-creditable annual license maintenance fee as follows:
4.3.1. $1000 U.S. Dollars ($1000) for each of calendar year the patent claims are still enforce- able payable within the first 90 days of each year.
