Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC. Scope of Work for five years AMC of Video Conferencing Equipment installed at various branches/offices of State Bank of India located across India is as under for list of devices as per Annexure-O:
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC a. On completion of warranty period of 5 years, the UPLC will either enter into AMC with the SELLER for post onsite comprehensive warranty support of the Video Conferencing Equipment and other items or maintain them in-house or with any other vendor. In case, user department opts to maintain the Video Conferencing Equipment, systems in-house, the successful bidder shall make available all necessary spares, same or equivalent spares on reasonable rates without affecting the compatibility or performance of any part(s) of the system, for completion of the warranty period of 5 years. This shall be binding on the successful bidder under terms and conditions of purchase order to be placed after finalization of the contract.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC. The Concessionaire will also ensure to get the annual maintenance contract ("AMC") done for the procured items/equipment with the vendor(s). All the expenses toward the AMC will be borne by the Concessionaire; provided however, that the Concessionaire shall, notwithstanding such AMC arrangements, always retain overall management, responsibility, obligation and liability in relation to the services/activities/functions rendered or performed through the AMC. Any such AMC shall not relieve the Concessionaire from any of its obligations in respect of the Project and the provision of the health services.

In case, user department opts to maintain the PROJECTOR WITH SCREEN, FLATBED SCANNER, 10KVA ONLINE UPS systems in-house, the successful bidder shall make available all necessary spares, same or equivalent spares on reasonable rates without affecting the compatibility or performance of any part(s) of the system, for a period of at least 2 years after completion of the warranty period of 5 years. This shall be binding on the successful bidder under terms and conditions of purchase order to be placed after finalization of the contract.
