Common use of Annual Paid Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Annual Paid Sick Leave. Each regular full-time employee shall accumulate sick leave at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) days per calendar month for each month worked, to be available for use in case of absence because of personal illness.
