Common use of Annual Paid Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Annual Paid Sick Leave. One hundred and twenty-six (126) hours shall be earned by an employee at the rate of ten and one-half (10 ½) hours for every month an employee is employed. Employees who are regularly scheduled for twenty-four (24) hours per week or less shall earn five (5) sick days annually at a rate of .42 days for every month they are employed.
