Annual Vacation - Statutory Holiday Pay. Vacation and statutory holiday pay consisting of six percent (6%) of gross earnings for annual vacations and six percent (6%) of gross earnings for statutory holidays shall be paid to the employee on every regular payday. An employee may take up to three (3) weeks' annual vacation in any calendar year. The vacation period shall be arranged by mutual agreement between the employee and the Employer.
